My absolute favorite clothing store! The employees are incredible, helpful, and stylish. I can finally shop for clothes that don't make me feel like I'm putting a twin sheet on a queen size bed.

Staff was friendly. But on a scale of 1-10 ... 10 being “yes please escort me to the item I am specifically looking for and take the options in my size directly to the dressing room” and 1 being “just nod in the general direction of the item I mentioned and leave me alone after that” ... I sadly received a 1 when I was looking for a 10. Prices are high and the clearance rack was a joke. $3 knocked off the original prices does not make it a clearance item! Torrid in Columbia MO is a much better experience in both customer service and prices. I’ll be shopping there from now on.

If you are the plus size woman (between size 10 and 30), TORRID is the absolute best place for clothing you'll ever find. This brand is my bread and butter, it has the edgy fun stuff I adore along with the business professional clothing I need for work. The staff of this location are WONDERFUL, they are super knowledgeable and love making suggestions. If they cant find something in store they will also direct you to the best sections for you on the TORRID online store. From everyday t-shirt and jeans to a workplace business party, you will find something to suit your taste. The prices are not ridiculously high, but they will put a dent in your wallet. However, I will say I have sooo many pieces from Torrid and they last for YEARS. I had one pair of jeans last me 7 years and I wore them atleast once a week. They were my total go-to.
