My experience at this urgent care was great from start to finish! I made an appointment online, got a text to pre-fill out my registration information and upload my insurance card, which was very easy and convenient to do. I walked in and was greeted very kindly by the lady up front. I went back right away. Chris was my nurse and he was very professional, explained everything as he was doing it, and read me all my vitals as he did them. Mary was my NP and was wonderful. She explained what could be done at this specific urgent care (they don’t always have a CT scanner ect), and spent ample time discussing my concerns with me. I felt really heard and listened too. I was able to buy the medication right there for very reasonable prices it was a relief not to have to travel to a pharmacy and wait for it to be filled when you don’t feel good. The check out girl was very sweet and emailed me my X-ray upon request. Thank you to the entire team for helping me and treating me so kindly!
They were amazing! These days when you walk in place of business, you just get that sense the employee's don't care, don't want to be there, but they want the paycheck, ALL OF THESE EMPLOYEES made me feel they wanted to be there and they really cared about my issues at hand. Everyone was very pleasant and just talked with us like we were long time friends. I will definitely go there if I need to! Thank you all!
I could not be more appreciative for the staff from the initial check in from front desk to the RNs, radiologist; doctors that provided excellent care but were nurturing and empathetic during my visit. I walked in feeling my absolute worst struggling to breathe and walked out feeling 99.9% better. Despite my breathing treatment taking a bit longer to complete past 5pm. I never felt rushed or hurried to up finish up. Rather the staff took their time making sure I walked out feeling better than I came in. I was provided blankets because I was shivering and felt assured that every one had my health as #1 priority. The process of leaving was just as streamlined as checking in. They ensured that I had my meds were sent to a pharmacy close by before I left and written scripts were provided for other meds that I was able to hand to the pharmacist. The online appointment scheduling was quick and simple. I was provided with follow up text messages for medical information which allowed for a seamless and efficient check in process. I truly want to thank everyone for the excellent care all provided to me on 9/12/24. After a follow up with my doc that following Monday. I was feelin and breathing better. Despite dealing with laryngitis now due to the coughing from bronchitis I’m feeling 100% better. This is only as a result of exemplary care that each and every individual staff member provided to me in my time of need. Thank you thank you thank you 🙏🏾
Exceptional care for my wife who had a kidney stone. Every single person was kind and knowledgeable. We were in and out in 2 hours with CT scan done, bloodwork done and medication to return home.
This location has the friendliest, fastest and most efficient staff! Everyone from front desk to the NP I saw were wonderful. As a healthcare provider myself, I am so grateful to have been provided the care I always strive to provide my patients. Thank you!
