I got in quickly and everyone was so lovely and nice. They kept me updated on my wait times to see the doctor and getting my test results. Tyler did my IV and I have terrible veins and it makes me anxious but he was so careful and got it the first try and better yet I barely felt it. Will definitely come back to this urgent care when the need arises.
Hannah was quite literally, the best. Her assistance today with obtaining additional information, in order for me to receive my treatment, was nothing short of heroic persistence. Thank you again Hannah, I sincerely appreciate all of your help today. The Doctor was professional, quick, and direct. The lovely woman who bandaged me and gave me my shot, was incredibly sweet and gentle natured. This was a very comforting experience. Thank you all.
From the time I walked into the facility until the time I left, all that assisted me were kind, considerate and competent which in the world we live in today, is rare. Physician Assistant, Kathleen (Kat) Probst explained everything in detail and provided me helpful information about how/why I was feeling the way I was. It is appreciated, thank you.
This urgent care facility is just outstanding! The staff is sincerely caring and highly professional. They listened carefully to my complaints and carefully performed tests to diagnose the problems. I’m very impressed with the efficiency of the team. The medical equipment available is on par with any first class hospital.
I went to urgent care with a fever 101, ear ache, teeth hurt, head hurt, nose and eyes and a terrible cough which wound up being the flu. Everyone was phenomenal, from my phone call to inquire of coming in for a visit to the time I arrived and was treated on 2-27-24. Laura Gramolino, Connor and her team went above and beyond to treat me and made sure I was comfortable and cared for. Thank you for all that you do.
