Wow - what a great staff - I arrived 30 minutes before the end of their 12 hr shift (they had been swamped with patients all day) and were amazed at their professionalism, friendliness and general cheerfulness in the entire office. The P.A. that saw me knew her stuff and easily ruled out several unnecessary tests, focused on what was needed and began treatment before I left. So grateful for them, and very affordable as well, which is wonderful for self pay patients. When we are in the area, this will be our go to place for medical needs
They started out pretty good but the last time I went to Total Access was in 2021 and they said they wouldn’t treat me until I paid an outstanding $350 bill from years before that to me didn’t sound right. When I went back over my bills and cancelled checks I had paid everything I ever owed them. It was a scam and I was too sick to argue, I paid it and got seen but I won’t be back. You all could have done so much better.
I received great care and attention and found the staff to be both friendly and focused on my needs. During my visit, I was informed of each step of treatment in advance. I welcomed leaving with the prescribed medication at a reasonable cost. Thanks for the great service!
Had a great experience. The Med Tech, PA, and Radiology Tech were 5 star amazing. They were thorough, knowledgeable, and very kind. Listened intently to me. And game me a complete plan to help in recovery. I highly recommend.
We took our son to Total Access in Wentzville and we won’t go to another urgent care! They are amazing! They sent us a text with our number in line and when it got to 2 we needed to come back. Once we got back they took us right in. The staff was awesome from the receptionist to the nurses the x-ray tech and the nurse practitioner.. they were all kind and sweet to my son. They found his problem and had us out in no time!
