I have never had a bad experience at this Urgent Care facility! The staff is overwhelmingly friendly and cheerful. They get you in quickly, sometimes even sooner than the time you choose on the online check in (which is so convenient!) They can do CT scans and X-Rays on site. And they also have a pharmacy, so if you're prescribed something while there, you can take it with you and don't have to make an extra trip to a pharmacy when you already don't feel good.

First class facility, all the associates are cotton candy sweet. As a consumer, I always want outstanding service and this team definitely delivers that. It is obvious, Eileen Royal, FNP-C is committed to excellence and clearly strives to be the best in her field. Thanks again everyone for being so wonderful.

Primary physician was unable to get me in timely so sought care here. Online scheduling with time selection was super convenient. Front staff was extremely polite and helpful with completing registration paperwork. Medical personnel were professional, detailed and ensured all my questions / concerns were addressed. The prescribed treatment plan provided positive results before I even left the facility. Highly recommend this location for care.

PA Amanda and tech Phillip are so kind, patient, and thorough. They took their time with me and made sure I was comfortable the whole time I got IV fluids. I always prefer TAUC than my Dr's office for this very reason: The employees there

Once I was called back to be seen, I was very pleased with the care I received. Very professional, caring, and it didn’t take long for them to address my needs. The only negative feedback I have is the wait to be seen. I went online and made my appointment and was to arrive 15 minutes ahead, I arrived 25 minutes ahead, my appointment was at 10:05, as soon as I went in to let them know I was there, I went back out to my car to wait, I kept getting text messages moving my appointment back, I actually didn’t get called back until close to 11:30.
