If I could give one star I would. I normally love to give amazing reviews and steer clear of the bad ones as I don’t like to bash anyone’s business. I also should preference I have had a good experience here before that’s why I thought I would come back but never again after this, the place was a joke today. The lady working the front desk is extremely rude, she was rude to everyone before me as well. Almost made one of the patients moms cry due to giving her child the wrong vaccine. I checked online before I left and it said 0 patients in line. When I arrived I checked in using the QR code and it gave me an approximate 15-30 min wait time. Then after I waited around 15 minutes the lady called me up and told me she couldn’t get me in until around 2 hours that after that time with an appointment as they are appointment only. Which is completely understandable if they are busy but then why give the option to walk in and a 15-30 min wait time when you check in.

Every staff member was so pleasant and caring. My son had a broken toe and they were thorough with x-rays and a treatment plan. They sent us home with everything we needed to care for his broken toe. A truly wonderful staff!

From when I first walked into TAUC, I was greeted with compassion and professionalism. They told me the wait time was about 2hrs, but given my symptoms they told me they’d work me in; 10 minutes later, I was being walked into a room. The EMT’s explained what they were doing every step of the way, and the providers I saw were knowledgeable and asked for consent before administering what they recommended for treatment. While I was hooked up to the IV drip, one of the front desk staff members, and the provider checked up on me periodically and asked if I needed anything (a blanket or pillow) which made me feel so comfortable in their care and environment. Upon leaving, they walked me to the front desk where I received discharge papers, a summary of my visit, and after care notes with as compassionate of an attitude as when I walked in. I couldn’t say enough great things about the Wentzville Total Access Urgent Care location!

The Wentzville location is always so great and recently I had a reaction to a routine situation where it was really scary for a while and Finn was SO great to me. He had been with me from the start but I especially wanted him around when I was going through the scary moment. You have a good one with Finn!!

Everyone was so friendly and welcoming here! My son experienced mouth pain, and they got us scheduled over the phone and took us right in upon arrival. They even gave my son stickers upon departing. Thank you, Total Access Urgent Care!
