I had a great experience. I felt the worst that I have maybe ever felt in my life. Sam was my guy, he went over every possible symptom I could be experiencing and asked a lot of follow up questions to make sure he knew exactly what my complaint was. He was super friendly and empathetic. Everything went pretty quickly, test results came back in a reasonable amount of time, checkout was simple, everyone was great. Kinda wish they would have had masks out and accessible, I felt bad being in there with my gross germs, I probably should have found one before I came in.

Tony was absolutely AMAZING during my visit! He made sure I was completely comfortable my whole visit, walked me through every step, and simply just checked in frequently while waiting for results and the next steps. It was a very busy night for them, but I would not have been able to tell because Tony was still very attentive and on top of things!

I have been to Total Access twice before and have had excellent care. You don't have to wait for hours like in the E.R. The staff is very professional, thorough, patient, and caring. You get the results of tests back right there and recommends follow-ups. Results are also sent to your primary doctor. Will always go there before the ER or my primary Dr who can't see me until a month. I went to the one in Wentzville. Keep up the great work, you guys!

Wow! This place was awesome from booking my appointment easily online through the entire process. The desk staff was efficient and friendly, I went straight back at my exact appointment time. Brandon was my nurse/tach who again was professional, efficient and helpful. I saw NP Marlee who was very attentive, concerned, and helpful. I highly recommend this urgent care. Just know that there is a $25 co-pay (refundable of course if insurance covers the appointment; there are many groups of excluded from the co-pay), which is very reasonable when you arrive. Totally worth it, I will go here again if I need to.

Used to love this place and really nothing against the facility itself, but they are trying to bill me for a visit my insurance says was paid out by them. The insurance company told me to have them call the provider line. When I called back and told them, the supervisor of billing was very rude, told me she’s sending it to collections, which I said go ahead because I have the proof from my insurance that it was paid, I won’t owe anything and it will be removed from my credit report. Very shady billing, so watch your bills and definitely make sure that it was actually not paid by insurance before paying them.
