Visit scheduled for 9:43am on 6/14/24. Have been sitting here with my 2 year-old son for over an hour. We scheduled, registered - did everything we were supposed to do. The only thing this location was able to do quickly was take the copay. If the staff is unable to serve the appointments they have scheduled, they don’t need to schedule additional appointments and be transparent about their workload. This wait time is ridiculous and we have never experienced this at other locations such as Cave Springs or Creve Couer. It seems there is no consideration for younger patients who literally do not have the attention spam to sit in an enclosed space for an extended amount of time, they do start crying and getting stressed out .

The people were kind. I checked the website before going to this location to ensure they did bloodwork and imaging. They charged me $99 (private pay) to tell me they didn't have a CT tech and couldn't do any meaningful blood work. If I needed those services, I needed to go to a different location and pay another $99. I spent an hour of my time and $99 and received no care at all.

Was very pleasant with my visit to Total Access Urgent Care. The Nurse practioner, and physicians assistant were just wonderful to work with. They listened to my concerns, asked questions and were very professional. The protocol that was recommended brought much needed relief. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful as well. I made an appt online and was seen after a minimal wait. Highly recommend this location!

Incredible ! Why have I only come here twice? Both experiences were phenomenal. But what happened two weekends ago took the cake. In a good way. Firstly, I called and explained my situation and instead of insisting I had to fill in the appointment online with my non dominant hand, they said to come right away. No wait time. My issue was handled quickly, compassionately, and successfully. Dr M Spire and the staff on hand were amazing. What we thought would be an agonizing experience turned out to be quick and surprisingly gentle. X-ray, morphine, Fix dislocation gently and quickly, X-ray, done. Pain went from 8 to 2 in the five minutes that she worked on it. In and out of the TAUC in under an hour. Incredible.

Made an appointment using the “save my spot” feature online. I was called back promptly, everyone was knowledgeable & friendly, and I left feeling better physically & emotionally. I wasn’t rushed, got my questions answered, they filled my prescriptions on-site, & I was finished in an hour. Highly recommend!
