If not for being sick my experience with this Total Access Urgent Care would have fantastic. They were extremely efficient. I got in right away, was seen quickly, received treatment and was discharged with a prescription in about 30 minutes. Everyone starting at the front desk through the individual that discharged me was extremely polite and helpful. If I have to use an Urgent Care in the future it will definitely be this one.

My experience with Urgent Care Doctor was awesome. This is not the first time she has accurately diagnosed my issue and gave me medicine that helped my symptoms immediately. My Provider Dr. Robins has helped me more than any of my regular doctors or specialists. I’m tempted to change the name of my Primary Care Physician to “Dr. Urgent Care” because if I am sick that’s where I go to be seen in a timely manner and get an accurate diagnosis and medication.

My experience at Total Access at Cave Springs was amazing. I was seen quickly as they were not busy and everyone was very friendly. I had injured my elbow in a fall and x-rays were done quickly. Everyone was very professional and made sure I was comfortable. I would definitely recommend them for any urgent care appropriate care.

The staff here were all incredibly kind and down to earth. Shannon, who checked us in and out, was a ray of sunshine. She made me smile and laugh when I felt really anxious. The whole staff was great, however Shannon really stuck out to me. Highly recommend this location. They took great care of me.

I can’t say enough about my experience at the TAUC on Mexico. I was very very sick and had been vomiting every 30 minutes since 3am. I did do hold my place but still got there about 30 min early. The moment I got there they pulled me back due to how bad I felt and that right there already impressed me as there were others in there before me. They made sure I was comfortable, got IV fluids going, gave me a blanket and pillow and turned the light off and let me rest. The provider was great, laid back and knowledgeable and didn’t make me feel like a number. Every single EMT that came in to check on me (which was very often and very appreciated) was kind and helpful. I know they were slammed but when they were in the room with me you would never ever know. The staff member that brought me back was who checked me out and was still just as pleasant as when I got there a few hours prior. I cannot recommend this location enough!!!
