I was out of town and had to see a doctor. We found this center through our insurance site and read the reviews online to help us pick which center to see. I appreciated that I could get in line for an appointment at the center so by the time I was ready and arrived I could be seen very quickly. The office staff and doctor were all friendly and seemed interested in helping me. I love that they have a pharmacy on site so I didn't have to make any other trips before returning home. I was very relieved to determine what was going on with me. The staff and doctor answered all my questions and provided written instructions.

The staff were great. Friendly, professional, thorough, and had me in and out in less than a hour. I love that you can have your prescription filled there too. Paid $60 for 2 antibiotics that would have been free at the pharmacy, but the convenience of being able to go straight home and immediately start taking medicine was definitely worth the cost considering how bad I felt.

My last visit to Total Access Urgent Care was just as expected, awesome. Everyone from the front desk to the doctors assistant treated me with such compassion. Even the call back was super. I can’t complain about anything TAUC related. Thank you all for your compassion and patience to me.

My care team, my NP, Erin and my paramedic, Emmet, were INCREDIBLE! They immediately sprang into action and got me feeling much, much better. Best urgent care ever. My husband and I always get great care here. ♥️

Loved the ability to save my place in line, online. So I did not have to sit in a waiting room for a long period of time. Wait time was minimal. Once I was second in line, I went into the facility and by the time I filled out my paperwork was escorted to a room. Every single staff member was exceptionally kind and courteous and helpful. No one wants To be in a situation where you need to use an urgent care or emergency room. But if you have to, I highly recommend this one. Last comment, I was thrilled that they were able to hand me my prescription medicine as I walked out the door so that I did not have to drop it off at a pharmacy then take the time to go back and pick it up. And the prices were very reasonable.
