Total Access Urgent Care on 2138 First Capital is great! I checked in on my phone and got the number in line, drove to the clinic and waited. The time of wait to get in was about 50 minutes to an hour. They took care of me and got me out quick too. I was treated by Megan Linden and she was great at listening and getting me the medicine I needed. Great Job TAUC! ♥♥♥♥

I recently visited Total Access Urgent Care and had a very positive experience. Everything from check-in to treatment was smooth. The staff was friendly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. I highly recommend Total Access Urgent Care to anyone in need of urgent medical care. They provided fast, professional, and friendly service and I will definitely be back if needed.

I had bronchitis and was treated by the staff here. Every person was wonderful. Courteous, caring and empathetic. My PA was Ms. Linden and she was great. I highly recommend this location.

My husband has been very ill with a stomach bug for almost a week. He has not been able to hold anything down, so we decided to go to urgent care. We have made 3 visits here in the past week, and each and every time we have been so pleased with the care. They are very quick to get us back to a treatment room and start treatment! We loved the online waiting so we did not have to sit in a waiting room for hours waiting our turn. It didn’t even take long during our wait at home! Being able to get IV fluids at an urgent care and not have to go to the ER has been a blessing! Every member of the staff were so kind and caring. They checked on us very frequently each visit, and took time to talk about the care plan! Thank you so much for all the amazing care you have given to our family! We will definitely make this our go to for any urgent needs!

10 stars!! I brought my 5yo in and the way every single person treated him, made sure he knew he was okay and safe, how they talked with him. This is the BEST urgent care I’ve been to. Every person working here needs to know how kind, caring and compassionate they are!
