I was very happy with the service. Friendly and effective. The queue system is very good (wait at home instead of in the lobby). While my wait was pretty long, I was free to do other things. I'm sure this enables them to treat more people every day and saves the patients from cross-contaminating each other, plus gives them a lot of time back. Excellent idea!
Christian H. is probably the best doctor I’ve ever been to in my entire life at an urgent care. He took the time to examine every possibility with me, and was very thorough and knowledgeable. He made sure that by the end of the visit, I felt comfortable and confident going home with the treatment I received. Awesome dude amazing at his job and very smart.
I have been here twice now working with pretty much the same staff and they may be the best healthcare staff I have dealt with. EMT Taylor and Nurse Erin, are amazing and really do not seem like they mind answering questions. Even for how busy they are. Every conversation they look you in the eye and just make you feel like they care. The rest of the staff from check-in to check-out are friendly and great to work with as well.
Staff was overall nice, but it didn't make up for the fact that I waited for over 2 hours to bee seen, after being told there was only an hour wait, just to sit in the room for another hour and a half, waiting for a 15 minute test result, for the practitioner there to spend maybe five minutes with me, saying that there were more critical patients, despite being in enough respiratory distress for them to highly recommend a breathing treatment, and to be sent home with a prescription that's about half the dose needed for my particular case of asthma. Not impressed overall, maybe they need more staff, or better bedside training, but I felt like a number going through their door through the whole process, as if they just wanted to get me out of the building, instead of making sure I didn't have an asthma attack on their property.
It was a Wednesday night. Beautiful weather. We were only ones in waiting room but he was a great greeter. We went back to exam room quickly and Doctor came in and she could see his ear and said not in ear, it is on the outside of ear and totally red. She said she will give him meds to take, 2 tabs a day. It was nice experience. I don't know what colors of stars are for - Hope it is the highest you can get.
