Me and my partner came in looking for our his and her vehicles. At one point we thought we were leaving with one vehicle but Keith and Thomas put in all the work to make us happy. Great customer service

Thomas and Keith both worked hard to get us my husbands dream truck! This is our second vehicle we have bought from them. Not to mention the whole process was so smooth. We both recommend this place and both of these gentleman!!

This dealership looked good from the outside but it has been a completely unorganized and unethical. This is was my first time purchasing a car and they took advantage of that. The longer I have had my car the more things are uncovered. Firstly, they messed up the date on all my paperwork. I supposedly have owned my car for 2 days more than I actually have. Secondly, the woman who sold me my car did not know what she was doing. She not only misquoted my car but tried to tell me things about my car that were not true. Furthermore, she is now fired and they have had my title sitting in their office for God knows how long, after her and their accountant told me it was going to be mailed. Lastly, they told me that the car was checked and ready to go after going to their mechanic and surprise surprise, it wasn’t. All they did was air up the tires and put one of their stickers on it. They didn’t even fill the gas tank nor put new windshield wipers on it. I would not recommend this place, especially if this is your first time buying a car. update 4/5/24: the saga continues, I just took my car to get the tire replaced because it has been leaking since I bought the car, I thought it was just due to cold weather. Since it has gotten nice out and has continued to leak air, I was having to fill it up every 2 days. Turned out not only did I have metal in my tire, but at some point my car had been in an accident and they did not disclose it to me. I had to pay for the "Travens Certified" warranty and all of the things it supposedly covered there has been a problem with. So I would like to emphasize again, DO NOT purchase a car here unless you are experienced enough to know what to look for and how to spot a bad business. Learn through my terrible experience.

I was told sales would be quick and efficient and so I gave my personal info. about my rv to sell and three weeks later I have never heard back. I called back after July 4th and was told they were looking in to it. I never got one call back even to say, sorry not interested.
