Unacceptable Service and Misleading Communication
Our truck (co-owner) has been at their shop for over five months awaiting an engine replacement. The experience has been nothing short of frustrating. Completion deadlines have been missed repeatedly, and every time we reach out for updates, the responses from the service managers are convoluted, inaccurate, and often misleading.
We’ve exhausted our patience and had to escalate the issue by filing complaints with the Missouri Attorney General’s office and the Better Business Bureau (BBB). If you’ve had similar service issues with this company, I encourage you to do the same to ensure consumer protection agencies are aware of these practices.
Businesses that fail to meet reasonable consumer guidelines and standards of professionalism need to be held accountable. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for reliable and timely automotive repairs.

Staff especially Thomas Chudy and Keith Taylor are amazing salesmen. They don’t pressure you and they exhaust every means to get you to walk out with the Vehicle that you wanted!!

Charles took the time to listen to my wants & needs when looking for a new vehicle. He helped me find the perfect vehicle for my family. & Justin the finance manager was great to work with and explained things well. We will definitely be back again.

Dishonest. Bait and switch. Avoid!
Responded to email solicitation for Travers to buy my vehicle. Received confirmation in writing (text message from sales rep who I spoke to on the phone also) of a range for value of the vehicle pending their inspection. It unfortunately lost a $10 relay in their parking lot during inspection causing a temporary starting issue but that was promptly addressed and the vehicle subsequently ran great. They made a final-offer $1800 below the low end of the range *committed in writing* (text message) but couldn't tell me anything wrong with the vehicle and would not honor their commitment. This was a 1.5 hour drive each way. Don't waste your time and effort on a dealership that practices dishonest sales like this.
