Marlon was very knowledgeable and professional. I was not quite sure what to expect with this being my first massage in 10 years. I was not dissatisfied by any means. However, the location/building/set up was extremely uncomfortable. There was no one else there. The doors were locked. There was no receptionist, etc. The therapist came flying in to open the door right at my appointment time saying he had to close up the other location to come here. I have never been uncomfortable in a situation that had to do with getting a service done, but this was different. I was so uncomfortable, I changed my massage to 30 mins VS one hour as we were getting started. As the time went, I became more comfortable with Marlon because of his professionalism, but I do not feel like I was able to fully relax. Note: I am not in any way placing blame on Marlon or his ability to do his job.

One star because, like another review here, the massage never happened; overall a disappointing experience that was handled unprofessionally with poor communication.. booked a couples massage for part of my boyfriends birthday. Drove there (an hour from us in IL) and as we’re about to walk inside (15 mins before the confirmed appointment), Marlon called.. he said Sharece left him a voice mail at 3am, that he just listened too, calling off because she had an emergency surgery for a cyst on her hand (didn’t really make sense to me why a cyst removal would be an emergency surgery at 3am on a Friday night but whatever lol). He said he was going to take her spot and do the massage with Maddie, which would’ve been great, but then he said that actually they both had to teach a class because someone else called off. I was super understanding on the phone, even though it just seemed like excuses (especially after reading this happened to someone else who booked a couples massage). I wish he would’ve called before we drove there, it wouldn’t have been as big of a deal (you know more than 15 mins before an appointment if both your therapists cancelled). He offered to book the massage at 3pm instead (after the class they had to teach), about an hour and a half after the original appointment. He’d said he’d call us back to confirm, which never happened. Wish he could’ve at least called back to let us know it was totally cancelled/offered to reschedule, etc.

I just had my first massage ever with Marlon and it won’t be my last! He listened carefully to what was causing me pain/discomfort and really focused on addressing the causes. Very professional, kind and best of all, effective! I feel so much better and can’t wait for my next appointment.

Both attendants were amazing and super friendly! My partner and I left feeling refreshed and happy, a great gift idea, or just for some long needed relief

Zero stars considering the massage never happened...twice. I scheduled a couples massage for my wife and I for part of her birthday in September. I messaged company via Facebook messenger and asked questions and had everything scheduled. That day we drove up to the weldon springs which is roughly an hour from our home. 10 minutes before massage I received a call from Marlon saying Kristin was canceling and this is her third time canceling for massages and would be her last time doing that. Marlon also said if we rescheduled he would give me a discount. I told him I'll call him at a later date to reschedule. I messaged him on Sept 11th to schedule for our anniversary in October. I asked about a few dates and times. I told him which one would work. He never responded with confirmation. So on Sept 30th I messaged back asking if that time was confirmed. Never heard anything so I messaged Facebook and never heard back. So I went ahead and scheduled something else for us to do. Come October 8th, day of possible massage. I get a phone call 2 hours before massage time that was never confirmed after multiple attempts trying. He said that I was scheduled. Luckily, the wife and I were already up that way so I said I would be able to make it. Once we finished our lunch we headed that way and I receive a call saying Kristin is canceling again on us. I don't understand why the company keeps using the same lady when this is at least the 4th time she's canceled, twice with us. We really wanted a massage. The building looks nice and I saw lots of good reviews but unfortunately our experience was horrible.
