My massage was amazing. My friend and I had a good time and felt very relaxed after. Marlon's hands seem to vibrate. They seem to be a newer company that have a vision for something wonderful for their future. My only suggestion was to advise clients of the ongoing construction. It was not loud but there is evident work in progress. I believe altering the temporary space they have would be key to their success. I can't wait to see what they do with the space. Had a great massage the day before my half marathon. Signed up for a 30 min massage for the end of the day, and the owner (how did I not ask his name?!?) ended up giving me an hour plus massage. Despite making him stay longer than expected, he was patient answering my questions, and we even went back to the table so he could work on me a bit more. They had moved into the space recently, so the place doesn’t look as nice and “hip” as others, but if I lived in the area, I would definitely return. I recommend this place to everyone looking for a massage in St. Charles. To the owner, I recommend putting up a sign so the place is easier to find. Doesn’t have to be anything fancy, even just “True Massage Therapy” printed in large font on an 8x11” paper and taped to the door will make it easier for clients to find.

Booked a massage online, showed up and there is nobody there at the 1342 location, looks like they are closed. They need to update their website and have just a little bit of basic professional standards, don’t let clients book appointments if you’re closed lol

This was truly the best massage I've ever had. For so many reasons. He read my body well and he knew what was sore without me having to tell him. He was patient and respectful when it got to be a lot and hurt a bit and i needed a second. He was thoughtful and caring. The ambiance was perfect. Just truly everything about it was magical. I've been through so much physical trauma between car accidents and major surgeries. I've been to so many doctors and put through so many tests. I've been through physical therapy and other massage places. I've truly done everything to try to get my body to feel better. I feel so relieved and like a weight has been lifted off of my entire body. I feel like I got a new body.

My husband and I decided to look for a last minute couples massage and we were so excited when True Massage had an opening. Marlon and Sharece were AMAZING. We both agreed we have never had a true deep tissue massage until today. We both left feeling great and will be back in a month for another one!
