My massage was amazing. My friend and I had a good time and felt very relaxed after. Marlon's hands seem to vibrate. They seem to be a newer company that have a vision for something wonderful for their future. My only suggestion was to advise clients of the ongoing construction. It was not loud but there is evident work in progress. I believe altering the temporary space they have would be key to their success. I can't wait to see what they do with the space. Had a great massage the day before my half marathon. Signed up for a 30 min massage for the end of the day, and the owner (how did I not ask his name?!?) ended up giving me an hour plus massage. Despite making him stay longer than expected, he was patient answering my questions, and we even went back to the table so he could work on me a bit more. They had moved into the space recently, so the place doesn’t look as nice and “hip” as others, but if I lived in the area, I would definitely return. I recommend this place to everyone looking for a massage in St. Charles. To the owner, I recommend putting up a sign so the place is easier to find. Doesn’t have to be anything fancy, even just “True Massage Therapy” printed in large font on an 8x11” paper and taped to the door will make it easier for clients to find.

I scheduled an appointment online for 22Nov2023. Upon arrival, there was no one there. I waited for a while before calling. Apparently, the system was messed up and the person was off that day but didn't block their schedule. There was no one else to be able to reschedule. I ended up going somewhere else and was told that I would be refunded, and if I ever wanted a massage, I would get a free one. I have been trying to get ahold of someone through calling and emailing, but no one is responding. I was never refunded money. I was 37 weeks pregnant, drove 45 mins for this massage, got a babysitter for my 3 kids. It was very inconvenient for no one to be present, and now I've been fighting for 2 months to get a $150 refund. Would not recommend.

This was truly the best massage I've ever had. For so many reasons. He read my body well and he knew what was sore without me having to tell him. He was patient and respectful when it got to be a lot and hurt a bit and i needed a second. He was thoughtful and caring. The ambiance was perfect. Just truly everything about it was magical. I've been through so much physical trauma between car accidents and major surgeries. I've been to so many doctors and put through so many tests. I've been through physical therapy and other massage places. I've truly done everything to try to get my body to feel better. I feel so relieved and like a weight has been lifted off of my entire body. I feel like I got a new body.

I cannot say enough to express my gratitide to Marlon for his skill in massage. I came in tonight barely able to move as my shoulders and low back were so tight and I was in so much pain. This man knows how to massage muscles undernearneath muscles and can really dig in to cure pain. I feel 20 years younger, pain is gone, I can move again for the first time in weeks, and cannot wait for my next appointment. I will be a regular customer from here on out.
