I requested an estimate to replace my 200 amp electrical panel and it was done in a timely fashion. All of the other companies that I called only had an answering machine and never returned my call. I accepted the estimate and ask them to scheduled an appointment for installation. They called to back with a recommend installation date and asked if that would work for me. The service technician showed up and completed all of the work in one visit. My invoice for the work was exactly the amount on the estimate plus sales tax for materials. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Unfortunately, since my last review of this company, things haven't gone so well. The work has been complete at our home for weeks, and they have not sent us an invoice. We're concerned they are not sure how much time/materials were spent on the job, and the uncertainty is very troubling. The work has been great, but follow through and billing has not been good. Something you should consider if you have a large residential project you're managing yourself.

Great customer service. We needed a light installed in our 2 story foyer and the job was completed quickly and professionally. There was a mix-up in scheduling but the company took care of the issue to my satisfaction. Only reason one star was deducted was because the workers had dirty boots, or the latter that was used was dirty, and my entry way rug was stained beyond the ability of a vacuum to remedy.

Called in the morning to ask to have someone come out and check out my connections due to multiple flickering lights and outlets. Spoke with a very nice lady to set up the appointment and she was able to get a service tech out in the early afternoon to fix the situation. He quickly assessed the situation and tightened some loose connections. We will use TSI again. Thank you for sending someone out quickly as we were worried we were dealing with a fire hazard.
