Overall great experience. The greeters not so much. We reserved a whole room, but they didn't wanna seat us until everyone was there. Um no. We were all arriving different times. But the servers and grill service was awesome!

My experience at this place has been extraordinary. Every time I am here, the food exceeds my expectations and is always the 5-star 🌟 food I expect. The salad buffet is remarkable! I rated the service 4 stars only because I expected the people asking people if they wanted certain meat, to ask everyone every time if they want, during my time there that wasn't the case, they only asked the people who were closer to them and not my whole table. The bathrooms were pretty clean, and I got some pictures of it as well. There is always a good vibe that makes you feel comfortable in Tucanos Brazilian Grill.

First time here and it was okay. The restraunt is nice and service is good. Staff is friendly. However, all the tables have QR codes that say "scan for menu". When I scanned the code the menu does come up. When I questioned both the waitress and host about how come we were charged $24.99 instead of the menu price show on the QR scan of $21.95. I was told they were "old menus" I asked if they'd honor the price. I was told rudely "no we don't do that". That is absolutely false advertisement. If in fact those menus are old then they should either be updated, no longer on the tables altogether, or at the very least be told when the waiter comes to your table "check out the menus but so you know the prices are updated and provide the new menu prices. I was told by the host "these are our new menus" after I questioned the price. Which we were never given a menu our entire visit. It's best customer service practice to honor the price to the consumer and then fix the "incorrect" information. Will most likely not return or recommend anyone here due to this experience. False advertised pricing.

Food was nasty, tasteless, & not worth the money!! Only thing that was good was the apple crumble dessert that I took home. I would not return or recommend !!

This was our first time here. I went to celebrate my birthday which I notified the server of. Not anytime throughout our service did she wish me a happy birthday or anything which was disappointing especially since I saw another party get wished a happy birthday.
Other than that, the food was good, the buffet was clean and the flavored teas were good.
The meat servers were very nice but sometimes it was hard to hear what they were presenting.
The grilled pineapple and the teriyaki beef were probably my favorites.
