We had Turn Key Home Inspections come out and inspect our new home. Jamie was very personable. Did a thorough job, priced competitively, and best of all quick with service and communication. Our home was fairly new, but still he was thorough and found a few odds and ends that should be addressed, I would recommend Turn Key Home Inspections for your next purchase.

The inspections themselves were completed on Monday and seemed to be fine, however, getting the reports wasn’t so smooth. My buyers were in a time crunch and needed the reports back asap due to our deadline approaching. I emailed James early Wednesday morning and told him that I realized he’d be picking up the radon monitor from the property that day, and asked him to send the reports at his earliest opportunity so that we’d have time to thoroughly review them before having to send the Inspection Notice to the seller’s side the next day. James sent the inspection report right away and apologized , saying he thought he had already sent it to us. Okay, not a big deal. Later that evening, I texted James to say we still hadn’t seen the radon results and could he please send it asap so we could complete our Inspection Notice. An hour later I still hadn’t gotten a response, so I called him. He answered, apologized and said that he’s been very busy and assigned the task of picking up the radon monitor from the property to his pest control guy. He’d have to follow up with him and call me back. James called back right away, at 8:15 pm. and said the pest control guy was working on sending it at that time. I received the email with the radon results a few minutes later. So again, the inspections seemed to be okay and done professionally, however, it was kind of a hassle to keep having to reach out to James multiple times to request the reports, when they should’ve all been forwarded in a timely manner without me having to even ask. I would’ve given 5 stars if it weren’t for that.
