Excellent service. Appointment was set up and retained quickly. All my questions answered based on professional opinion. Report was emailed to me the same day. Radon report came back quite high. Inspector called me to inform me before the report was sent out. I even acquired a painter referral. Will absolutely use again and refer this business again.

Jamie was great! He worked with me when I needed to change my date. He was very easy to talk to and honest. He took his time and did a great job inspecting the house. I would definitely recommend him to anyone that needs a great inspector. He was very reasonable in price too.

James was amazing. He understood the ins and outs of a 118 year old house. In the end, he found the hidden remains of a not so very "updated electrical" and plumbing systems that kept me from making a very costly mistake. I will use him again when I consider another property and know he will give me the information I need to make a good choice.
