This is our second time boarding here and it’s been awesome. I got a glimpse of the boarding area and I’m happy that my Bullet is staying in a larger run area in comparison to a tiny crate like many other boarding facilities. After picking Bullet up most recently, he smelled super fresh and I’m thankful I didn’t have to take him to a groomer after. We picked him up around the time the facility opened and he had already been fed and smelled amazing. I’ve seen a lot of bad reviews but I wanted to share our experience so far! Great prices and happy with the service. We will continue bringing our doggo here.
If I could give a negative star for this "kennel" I would. As a result of our three dogs spending one Saturday night there (plus having to spend all day Sunday because they don't open till 3:00 p.m. to charge an extra day's fee per dog) we discovered they had not fed them their own food we had taken and requested them be fed. They fed them their own dog food which resulted in all three of them developing diarrhea by Monday morning and they still have diarrhea today, Saturday, one week after they were there. I spent $98.35 at my vet today on medication for them. My advice to anyone who considers taking their pet there.... DON'T P.S. The only staff working the day we picked them up were two early age teen girls who struggled with the computer, the credit card machine, and even retrieving the dogs from the cage area. Poor kids. Even poorer animals.
We have used them before, but this time was terrible. My dog was scared and whining the entire drive home after I picked her up. They brought her and her bed out to me. She smelled terrible and her bed had feces all over it. I will not be using this Kennel again. Very sad for my dog that she had to stay there.
Thank you, Kayla! Paco is PERFECT!! He's my new best bud
Take your dogs here if you want a $700 emergency vet bill. Had my two dogs, when we picked them up the first thing we noticed was they both smelled like raw sewage. When walking out the door, we saw half of our dogs face was swollen and inspected him closer to see an oozing bleeding open wound. Vet guessed he had a skin irritation and scratched his neck open and scratched his cornea. The blood was caked on and dried over on his collar several times, there’s no telling how long they let him suffer in their “kennels” like this without noticing. At the very least, they should have noticed his face swollen to twice the size, his bloodshot eyes, the blood coming down his neck, or the smell coming from the wound. This place should absolutely be shut down. Horrible care of innocent animals. We spent the afternoon at the vets, then came home and both dogs ate and drank like they hadn’t had water/food all morning.
