Always in stock with products and boxes. Great staff and quick. Large storage facility. I drive 45 minutes just to go to the store even though I pass 3 other uhaul places. It's just that good!

Booked a 10x15 unit at this facility a month in advance of my move, only to show up the day- of to find out they really didn't have a 10x15 for me but rather three separate 10x5 units. Yes, I can do math too, but this is not the same thing. When booking I was not asked if this would be a suitable accommodation, rather I was told I had secured a unit of the size requested. In speaking to the agent the day-of I learned this is a common practice for U-Haul. Thankfully I was able to quickly book a true 10x15 at Life Storage just down the road and redirect our shipment. Moving is stressful enough without games like this. Won't be using U-Haul again. They are no longer the only game in town. As a bonus, the alternative I found was cleaner, less hectic and actually properly cooled their facility ... a real plus for a hot summer move.

Easy access and pleasant professional employees. We always go to U-Haul when we need a truck to move or pick up something.

Last week I went to rent a dolly. The systems were down. I was told the only way I could rent the dolly was if they took a photo of my CC. I was hesitant, but I did it. Five days later someone used my cc to buy four prepaid cellphone cards online. I’m not accusing anyone. My issue is I just called to let them know (in case others called) and ‘Kelli’ a manager could have cared less. I’ll let LSL police sort it out from here.
