Robyn and her entire staff that I dealt with were not only incredibly friendly and inviting but, were also very sympathetic and helpful during this difficult time for my family and I. Thank you for going above and beyond! I can not honestly say enough kind words to demonstrate how truly amazing you people were. All staff members were super professional and knowledgeable. Robyn and staff set the bar for all others to follow. Thank you again!

Just had them put a hitch on our Acadia and in spite of some issues with the installation I couldn't be happier. Robin Givens was the one who made it all so good. She was always polite, professional and got it done asap. I would totally see her again for any future needs.

Strongly recommend you dont do business with this location. We reserved a dolly for a move on the phone with a representative at this facility. We were guaranteed it was reserved. We needed it for a move of heavy equipment and we are disabled. Upon arriving to pick it up we were nonchalantly informed no reservation had been made. Therefore we have nothing to help us move. This is an additional problem with a series of recent problems with this location. Again I recommend in the strongest terms possible you dont do business with this location.

Several years I had a hitch and bike rack installed at this location and that experience prompted me to return for my first one-way trip with trailer. Robyn and her team were very helpful in preparing me and my vehicle for this trip (trailer match, wiring harness, appropriate locks, furniture covers, etc). Plus they located a drop-off location less than two miles from my final destination. Top notch location.

I set up truck on the app, but my preference was to talk with someone at pickup. The people I connected with were great. I would go back as soon as I have a need. The price for local move with a 20' truck was very reasonable as well.
