Great place to rent your trailer needs from. Ask for Robin. She is the Manager and knows the job and the equipment well. She is very congenial and easy to talk to. I have rented from her in the past and now that I moved my business to Union, I drive 40 minutes out of my way to continue to fo business with her. She knows how to treat people and repeat customers.

Just had them put a hitch on our Acadia and in spite of some issues with the installation I couldn't be happier. Robin Givens was the one who made it all so good. She was always polite, professional and got it done asap. I would totally see her again for any future needs.

Strongly recommend you dont do business with this location. We reserved a dolly for a move on the phone with a representative at this facility. We were guaranteed it was reserved. We needed it for a move of heavy equipment and we are disabled. Upon arriving to pick it up we were nonchalantly informed no reservation had been made. Therefore we have nothing to help us move. This is an additional problem with a series of recent problems with this location. Again I recommend in the strongest terms possible you dont do business with this location.

Far better than the poorly-managed dump on Manchester in Ballwin. I’ll drive a little further to be treated well.
