I got my hair cut, washed and styled and was so happy with the result! Sarah Gibson made my fine hair look so pretty and made me feel confident about my hair type! She used a 1 inch curling iron like I requested which was super awesome and gave me some tips to help make my hair look fuller when curling. My hair looked so pretty, thank you! I hope she stays at Ulta! 🩷 PS I personally think she deserves a raise for how talented she is- it is hard to make fine hair look so good!
It was my first time in this store and it was very nice inside. The store was brightly lit, very neat, organized, and the help approached several times to offer their assistance. Thanks for making my Christmas shopping so easy. Now, if there wasn't so much there and my daughter didn't want everything, it would've been great.
I went to this store to exchange my foundation. Hailey helped me. Turns out the shade I was using was way too dark for my skin. She was amazing! My daughter even complimented me on my makeup the next day😊I’m so pleased!
Would like to be an ounce of customer service. I walked by the manager a couple times and all co-workers and no one offered assistance. Cashier was too busy waiting for the manager to walk away to jump on her phone. Poor everything.
This place is an absolute gem! Every time I visit the staff is sensational and the customer service is fantastic. Every employee is charismatic, knowledgable and interested in each customer. They make me feel special every time I come in. Wow great job! It is wonderful seeing a company provide such an incredible level of customer service. If you love skincare, hair and beauty products this place is a buffet of beauty and wellness products. However, this is more than a million product bottles, the employees at this establishment know their products. If you want to learn about some new products talk to this team. They clearly love their job and have a passion for product knowledge! Impressive, beautiful and fun. I look forward to my next Ulta Beauty experience!
