Awhile back my wife needed to stop in and buy some items. Most men admit that this is not a store that they enjoy spending time in. The lights are bright and the smells can be overwhelming at times but during this visit I didn't have much of a choice. This store had, what was likely, the cleanest public restroom I have ever seen. The vanilla air freshener was top notch and the handsoap was wonderful as well. I left that restroom feeling refreshed and pampered. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

I went into Ulta Wentzville with two teens to buy products with their hard earned money; which should be a good experience! Everyone was great at the store until we get to the checkout. The girls were in line and the two employees behind the counter were talking to each other not paying attention, so I motioned the girls over to the register. As we stood in front of the two ladies, one of the ladies (Diane) told the girls, 'there is a line, and you need to go back to the end of the line' where they now had to wait again behind other customers. I told her they were waiting in line and the girls just went and returned to the same line because they are polite. This employee Diane was very rude and age discriminate against these girls. If it was anyone else she would not have treated them that way. The girls felt like they should just put their stuff on the counter and not purchase anything because of her ignorant behavior. The girls shop at ulta frequently and always have received the respect they should receive! They are teens but also know how to treat people kindly and with respect and deserve that in return. Ulta should hire employees who are respectful to ALL customers and not treat them like trash. That makes us want to shop elsewhere. Diane if you dont like people find another occupation. Sincerely a dissatisfied Grandmother

Got exactly what I was looking for with the help of some kind ladies! However when it was time for me to check out I wasn’t greeted and didn’t feel very welcomed all of the other cashiers were happy and smiling and seemed so sweet but my cashier seemed miserable and just seemed to rush me out..

I’m giving Ulta Wentzville three stars not because of the ladies on the floor they have been extremely helpful and sweet, but the young girls that are at the front registers/ checking me out always have the nastiest attitudes—like I’m burdening them especially when there is a long line. Take the time to slow down and show kindness towards your customers after all we’re all going through things. I get it if you’re having a bad day here and there but it’s every time I’m in there.

I was greeted when I walked in the door. I was given time to peruse and then I was offered help in finding what I was looking for. I also asked for a recommendation on mascara products, which was given. I have only sampled the products for application. I'm hoping the products actually stay on the lashes.
