Darcy was amazing!! She helped my friend pick out great products and really helped explained the purpose of each of them and how to use it! Definitely went above and beyond, this is what excellent customer service is about. Even when she was helping us out, she also made sure other customers were greeted and taken care of at the check out as well. Definitely will be back to get my makeup products updated!

Will be switching to a different beauty supply store after the HORRIBLE customer service received from Ulta. The last two shipments from Ulta I’ve received have had broken products. This time BOTH items in the shipment were broken when I received them. I purchased the Tula resurfacing gel and the NYX lip shine. The cap was broken on the Tula gel and the NYX lipstick was broken from the lid. I was told I could exchange the Tula product but would have to pay full price and couldn’t not receive a new product at the 50% I paid. The lip stick was ordered for my reception on Saturday and they had no way of replacing it before then. Very frustrating to receive products broken due to poor packaging and then be told in order to replace I would have to pay more.
