Such a great experience. My 1st time visiting an Ulta store. From the moment we went inside, we were greeted and asked if we needed help. Everyone was so nice, super friendly, and they made this a great experience for me and my sisters.

Greeted by Melissa upon arrival. She answered my questions and was honest with her product recommendations & reviews. She double checked with an associate on which products would be best for my issues when she didn’t know. Overall a lovely and quick experience. Thank you Melissa!

I went in today looking to get a hair cut, and I was actually really scared thinking they wouldn’t be able to fit me in. Also I haven’t dyed or cut my hair in about 8 or 9 years. So I was terrified. A nice young woman walked me over to the salon and got me set up with another hair stylists there for a walk in. She was the sweetest lady! Her name was Ashley s. She made me feel comfortable and she was confident in what she was doing and knew exactly how I wanted my hair cut when I explained it. I’ve had multiple times in my life where I’ve hated how my hair was done, but I will deff be coming back. Ashley was telling me she was new to the location and how she’s trying to build her clientele. I truly recommend her she was great and very sweet. Thank you for giving my hair some life back to it!

Fun day out celebrating my Sisters birthday. The staff were so outgoing and friendly. The store is very well organized, clean and well stocked. Went in to buy 2 things, but ended up spending $380.00 before we left! Lol

The first time I went I was greeted very politely and the lady who helped me was very professional. She helped me find exactly what I needed. This time when I went in all of the employees were at the front of the store in a circle talking to each other. They were very dismissive of my presence. When I asked for help the employee made it very obvious that they wanted to go back to talking with there fellow employees. I completely understand wanting to talk and hang out with your coworkers but I felt that it was very unprofessional that they did it at the front of the store and how blatantly I was ignored and disregarded.
