I went in today for help with a sudden outbreak of acne and redness right before holiday photos. I don’t normally wear makeup, so I don’t know the first thing about it, so I was nervous about asking for help, but the team member who helped me was so wonderful! (I feel bad I didn’t catch his name) I didn’t feel judged or uncomfortable at all. He took time to find the right product for me and to educate me on how to correctly apply it. Andie even helped save me some money with a coupon at checkout. Awesome experience, I’m very grateful!

Don’t waste your time going to this Ulta. They don’t carry most of the popular brands you see on TikTok. It’s mostly just department store brands and drug store brands. Go next door to the Sephora in kohls instead. That’s where you’ll find the stuff you want.

Took my 14 yo to get her eyebrows waxed. They look great and the customer service was top notch. Store appeared to be clean, organized, and well let.
