It's not too bad of a bank. But ALWAYS HAVE ISSUES on their mobile banking app, absolutely annoying. And its a hit and miss at their 1 ATM they have for there customers.
If I could post 0 stars I would. After my experience today, first thing Monday morning I will be coming to cancel all my accounts and pull out all my money! I have been banking here a year or more. I have had nothing but issues! Not just once.. its been almost everytime. Today was the 8th and finally time you put my paycheck in someone else's account! This bank is a joke! Would never recommend this bank to anyone ever! I would be more understanding if this was the first bad experience I've had here but I literally dread having to come here! Every single time everything is messed up! Luckily I check all my receipts everytime! My mom has already decided to close and pull out all her money from this bank for the same reasons. My advice NEVER bank here!
Nothing personal against the Troy location but I was just speaking with someone in customer service who I guess is located at the main branch location and was asked 2 different times why I was in my car or out and about if we were exposed to COVID. Although it was none of her business I told her I had to take my 5 month old daughter to be tested for COVID and RSV. I actually told her this the 1st time after she stated she heard my car dinging so she knew I was in my car. Then she proceeded to ask why I was out and about if we were exposed to COVID a little more into the conversation. Her name was Jeanna/Gina however she spells it I don't know but I am furious that not only did she think she had the right to ask me personal questions but she was extremely rude and unprofessional asking me these questions not once but TWICE. The manager I spoke with on the phone her name was Kate I believe, didn't seem to be very concerned with the situation or at the fact that her employee was asking a customer personal questions like this.
The absolute worst. I’ve been with them for 10 years and still have not received my new debit card (mine expired in January) called several times and no one seems to care or have any urgency. I have bills past due now because of said expired card. Changing banks tomorrow. It’s well overdue to be done anyways.
Called to verify information on my account one day. Logged in the following day and there was a problem. Stopped by there that afternoon and discussed with a manager. She said everything will be taken care of in the morning. Checked a few days later, same problem! Stopped by again today to discuss and possibly refi my new truck. They will not correct issue and cost me 200.00. I'll keep my truck loan a a bank that doesn't lie to me twice, thanks anyway.
