My husband passed away. I went in there to get the account in my name. They said they had to lower my credit limit since it's just one income and not two. I get that. But why would they report it to the credit agencies. I pay may bills and have enough in my savings to cover what was on my credit card. So now as I try to start my life over I am starting it with a black mark against my credit. They just added stress to my grief .

Every time I go in all the ladies are always so nice someone will greet you and I always get the help I need and if they are not sure they will find out for me !

My card did a charge for over $1,000 and they couldn’t do anything about it. Spent 2 hours with customer service saying i would get the money back as soon as i opened a new card and went to the bank and they absolutely “couldn’t do anything”

Go anywhere else. After banking here for 13 years I have switched banks. We have had so many unprofessional occurrences with this bank this year. No one is ever on the same page or seems to know what is going on.

Charla, at Vandalia has always been very friendly and helpful as well as the entire staff there.
