Debbie stayed in contact and was more than helpful. This was my first mortgage. I feel as though she took the time to explain things to me in a way that I could understand. She also assisted me in completing task when I didn't know what to do by telling me who I could contact for help with issues. Debbie is awesome, and did everything she could to help us. Debbie has been awesome through my home loan purchasing experience. She guided me every step of the way and answered all my questions and made it happen! I also want to give a shot out to CJ ( Charles) he was also super helpful with all my questions. Debbie got me approved when I was turned down by another company and they just turned their backs, didn't even try to work on other options/solutions. Little did they know I had wiggle room on my down payment. Debbie did everything in her power to get me approved for our dream house and she got it done! I am so thankful for her!
