Nice furniture but not sure the left hand knows what thr right hand is doing I bought a sofa and chaise the day we were there. I was told if I bought that day I would get the last spot in delivery stuck on March 16. I did not get my delivery on the day. I was told I was on March 23. I checked my reciept when I got home and DELIVERY 3/16. The manager said I was wrong. And a $175. 00 delivery charge!!!!! I think I should get $99. 00 back like they charge I'd you are not there when they deliver . I read reviews from other people who's ordered were not right

Thanks Value city for being upfront with delivery windows. Another furniture store was not which is what brought me here. Great selection too. Skyler, I have to say you are one of the best sales associates ever. From listening to what I wanted, to allowing me time to roam the store and look around on my own without crowding me too much, while still checking in with me. You are appreciated. Thank you for helping me pick out my dinette set too, I agree the chairs will bring a pop of color I didn't know I needed.

Angie B was a very good salesperson. She was not pushy and worked with us to get the perfect recliners we wanted. We were concerned about the color coordinating with our couch and loveseat. We are very satisfied with the color match. Thank you for the great service and the delivery service was right on time, very courteous gentlemen.

Angie B was fantastic to work with. She was attentive without being pushy or hovering. Very pleased with our purchase. Also very impressed with the selection and prices at Value City. Much more of a selection and variety than other furniture stores in the area.

We had a Rep Amanda that was very polite and helpful. She gave us time to look around and checked on my husband and I as we viewed the furniture. Which anyone who has furniture shopped in Furniture Stores know this can take some time. Amanda was patient and helpful. VCF has a great selection, reasonable prices and quick delivery time.
