I've been with Vantage for 20 years. I've been very satisfied. I do have a suggestion. My debit card has been breached twice. I think you should have new cards at the branches instead of having to wait 7 to 10 days for a new one. Commerce bank offers this and I think Vantage should as well. I would look into that. I believe that other members would appreciate it as well.

Vantage Credit Union has gone from a login system that was easy to get into your account and maneuver around in to something that is harder to use.

I have been banking her for a long time. Over 2 weeks ago I reported my debit card lost. The card was blocked but a new card was never issued. Finally per them a new card was being issued and they were going to charge me $20 to expedite. I refused to pay the fee since it was their error to which they understood. Card was to have been sent 2 to 3 days last thursday to the greenway chase location. Well it has not been sent, they have had me call member services, card holder services, and PSC which they are all clueless. Told that card would be Fedex but they have no tracking number. Fed up and looking for a different credit union. The one star I have to give them to post this review is more than what I would have given them
