Ashley and others who respond to my calls are always efficient and quick to fulfill my requests. They are thorough in checking out my identity before a transaction and make sure I have no other business to conduct before we end our conversations. I've Banked at VCU over 15 years and its always been Amazing Customer Service. The team Shows they care about your situation. They are very respectful and understanding. I recommend banking at VCU you won't be disappointed!

I've been with Vantage for 20 years. I've been very satisfied. I do have a suggestion. My debit card has been breached twice. I think you should have new cards at the branches instead of having to wait 7 to 10 days for a new one. Commerce bank offers this and I think Vantage should as well. I would look into that. I believe that other members would appreciate it as well.
