Keeps calling me even though I already explained to them that they had the wrong number and was told that it would be corrected. Sure would be nice to not get woken up every morning
No longer good for the people, the customer service has taken a serious downturn! They are now fee driven and money hungry! Greed has taken them over! I USED to love and recommend Vantage Credit Union but the customer service is horrible now. They are worse than Bank of America! They are definitely not for the people anymore, just a regular Bank with TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! They no longer care about their customers like other Credit Unions do! They have really lost sight of values
Their in-person site is a mess. Their app does not function as it should. Their website is a pain. Their service is awful. After nearly 20 years, I am closing my account with them. And they could not have cared less. If you use Vantage, watch for fees. I've been charged nearly $300 within a month, and my impression is that those fees are the only thing they're interested in.
Have been using Vantage for 13 years now ever since I left commerce, sure don’t regret leaving commerce at all. Customer Service is always great.
I have been trying to close my account for over a month now but customer service has been making it very difficult for me to do so. I asked repeatedly to speak to someone who can actually help me, and have even requested call backs (none received). I was charged an aggregate fee balance since that has brought my account negative. Now that I have finally made some progress in getting the account closed, they are saying I can't close the account until I pay that fee. For Christ's sake just help me close the account.
