Recently went to the doctor due to thyroid issues. Save yourself the trouble keep researching other doctors. First thing the office staff sucks and is rude receptionist never updated my number. Finally get lab results back unable to get in touch with the doctor. Then when the doctor called back it was a horrible reception on her end. She kept repeating herself not answering any of my questions or even listening to me. Then she had the audacity to start yelling at me like I was her child. I ask for lab results to be sent to my primary doctor she denied the request. I had my primary dr called she denied they request and they was like they have never dealt with an office like that to say the least lol.

I went to this "endocrinologist" a lifetime ago. I told her l couldn't turn off my thoughts and was thinking for everybody in the room. This doctor did nothing. I mean, no blood work or anything. It wasn't until l started getting a lump in my upper neck that I was tested and diagnosed with Graves Disease. I dumped the doc and went to a throat specialist who was pissed and said "she should have found this before it you got Graves disease. So he located a great doctor who managed my hyperthyroidism. Don't walk run!!!

Today was the last straw. Last week they call me 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment to reschedule. I show up today for my rescheduled appointment to a closed office with no one in it. No one is answering my calls despite a posted sign stating “all calls will be answered 9 AM-3PM Monday through Friday”
I have put up with this doctor because she is the only one close to where I live that my insurance will cover. She will consistently talk down to you and get this, if you ask her a question she will literally google the answer in front of you. If I wanted an answer off of google instead of a doctors answer then I would have saved myself the trip.
I’m done. I would rather drive an hour than put up with this doctor any longer.

Dr. Vasudevan failed to inform me I had thyroid CANCER for over 3 years. I only found out when I made an appointment with a new endocrinologist, and they asked why I had not yet had the cancer removed.
When I tried to retrieve my medical records, I was first refused them over the phone. I then called back three more times trying to access them. I finally came to the office and asked them due to them failing to inform me I had cancer. Vasudevan did not even come speak to me personally to apologize, I was told I should have reached out to the pathologist by the receptionist. Patients do not have immediate access to the pathologist nor is it patient responsibility.
