This is the second time I have used this store for my yearly exam and glasses. Last year it took 8 weeks for my sunglasses to come in. This year I was promised my glasses were promised in 2 weeks or less. My son’s glasses came in 10 days after being ordered on the same day. My prescription which is weaker are being shipped tomorrow. By the time they arrive it will be 3 weeks since ordered. As far as the online chat feature they now offer, that is a joke. It is absolutely useless. It couldn’t find my order or my son’s order so I had to sit on hold for 35 minutes for customer service to tell me they just finished making my glasses even though they were promised by the 15th which was yesterday. There is no way to get through to the store directly via phone and their website says the location is temporarily closed when it’s not. Save yourself time, frustration, and probably money by using a different provider for your glasses.
First they put the wrong lens in my new glasses then they sent them back to have the correct lens installed. They told me it may take up to 2 weeks it's now been 3 weeks and I have not heard from them. you can no longer call the store or stop by without a appointment . The service at visonworks has dropped to the point of not having any at all. We will never use them again. I guess I will right off this pair of glasses. We went to the Mid rivers mall store. Buyer beware.
Courtney was so helpful she answered all my questions and explained every test before preforming. Courtney was in obvious pain due to having her wisdom teeth pulled she never complained or let it get in they way of her customer service. I will definitely use visionworks going forward.
I was very disappointed in my service. When I went for my eye exam the girl who helping me pick out my glasses was more amused with her nail polish turning colors. I also had issues with my glasses and every time I went back they rushed me in and out. I don’t feel like they took my concerns serious. I dealt with the manager so I felt like she should have been more concerned with my issues. I drove an hour to this place and spent maybe 5 minutes when I went for my concerns. I had to go to another eye doctor for another exam so paid double due to them not caring. I will definitely not be going back.
I just left in tears because I was screamed at by employee, she kept telling me I was committing insurance fraud (I was simply asking why I can’t get contacts and glasses in my insurance plan) but not explained kept yelling, needless to say, I didn’t end up getting contacts or glasses and will never go back. Also, the telehealth is terrible, and knowing it’s a permanent thing means I truly will never go back.
