The staff at Visionworks were amazing. Mary worked with me and my insurance to find a package we could afford. She helped us find flattering glasses and the right contacts.
Shenita is the best technician! Her patience and expertise are commendable. 2 fit appointments later my daughter had success with her new contacts. I will come back just to see her. Thank you for taking g care of our eyes!

I took 4 of my kids in for eye care appointments at once. They did great! Mary was awesome! Dustin was great and the other woman, I apologize I can't remember how to spell your name, but we loved you too! We've never done the tele-doctor stuff before. Wasn't bad. I liked doctor Judy. Two of my boys got put in the house brand contacts and they love them! You guys were great and we look forward to future visits!! I'm never going back to Clarkson again!

I called on Monday and was scheduled for appointment on Thursday. Mary and Shanika were the best. They greeted me when I walked in, and were very helpful through the whole process. They were 2 very kind young women. The doctor was very good and informative as well. Job well done. Sandy May

If you expect to see a doctor in person don't go here. The fact that you pay to see a doctor and they come up on a screen is ridiculous. The appointment took forever because you have to wait for the doctor to get back in the que each time you have to do something. I was told it is easier on them and less wear and tear on their cars. Really they make way more money than their staff and they are worried about wear and tear on their cars. The staff said this is where things are headed now when I asked what this was all about. Won't go back there again.

Absolutely had no idea that I was walking into a tele-health appointment. No one said a word until I was in the chair and a face popped up on a screen. I have used them before without any problems.
They found an “issue” and I was not given the opportunity to discuss the issue, ask questions, give input. Nothing. I was pushed through the system. I did not even get the optometrist’s name.
I will be going back to get my glasses because I am in a bind and need to, but after that I will not be going back. The visit felt dishonest, rushed and very unprofessional. I stated that I had lasik before and the technician was asking me about the procedure, beyond basic questions. Be very careful walking in here.
Follow up on 08/19/22. First of all I replied to the customer service email request below. No response from company.
Next went to get my ordered glasses after I received an email saying they were ready, no phone call. Went into store and the glasses were unwearable. The room started to spin and everything was blurry. I immediately took them off and everything was back to normal. There was another customer there with wrong prescription as well. I stated that the glasses get resolved today or I want a refund. I was told there was no way to resolve the issues today. We did this dance for about 3 rounds. I got my refund and will be going elsewhere for glasses.
