Chrissy did a fabulous job helping select my glasses, and kept me well within my budget. She is a pro!!
Dr. Swisher did a great job examining each of my three children and myself. He took his time and made sure my prescription was exactly right, and as a result I can see better than I have in years! While my children do not have existing vision issues, I will definitely return to this practice for their future care as well as my own.
Annie and Daisy at the Wentzville Vision Center were very amazing and friendly! Doc was extremely informative and made sure the appointment was smooth and comfortable!
Didn't get so far as to become a customer at this location... I was immediately put off by the customer service within seconds of calling to book an appointment. The woman who answered the phone was very condescending, talking in an impatient and huffy way about people who have the nerve to call 5 minutes before opening time. She then told me that they only have a optometrist on location for two days in September, in a very "take it or leave it" manner. Nope, sorry... I am not so desperate to have my son's eyes checked at Wal-Mart that I am willing to be spoken to in a rude way. I realize that she is just one person, and likely other people work there that have excellent customer relation skills, or even just basic respect for others, but unfortunately her attitude cast a poor light on the Vision Center as a whole. And BTW, what's up with the only having a doctor around two days per month?? For real??
I had an appointment with this location. It ended up snowing and the dr. decided to leave early and no one thought it would be a good idea to call me to let me know. So I drove 30 min in the snow/ice to get to the appointment to find out the dr wasn't even there. All I got was "sorry". I will never use walmart vision center again!
