Well first when I went, I’ve always had different scripts in each eye. But the doctor (blk guy) tried to give me the same for both eyes and one contact was blurry. But he did fix that before I left. I just got there at 11:35 to pick up my order and KIMBERLY made me wait TWENTY minutes for something that took her TWO SECONDS to grab. But about 15 minutes in I saw the doctor ( white guy) I said sir can you help me and he IGNORED ME and Kimberly said “He’s a doctor”. That was incredibly rude and my family nor I will use highway k Walmart vision center again. TWO SECONDS!!

We just had a wonderful experience at this Optometry office. The optometrist was wonderful with my four-year-old daughter. She had an excellent time and he was extremely thorough. Our family highly recommends him!

First as a disclaimer I’m a very understanding forgiving person and it takes a lot for me to go to Google to write a review. However, after countless issues with the O’Fallon Vision Center I finally gave up on getting contacts through them. After multiple office visits 4-5 (?) to find the perfect fit and strength of contacts, (understandable) I still have no contacts and nothing to show for so much time wasted. The staff is extremely unorganized, lost my various trial contacts multiple times, gave me the wrong strength, forgot to order, told me they were in and then couldn’t find them, leaving me calling and going up there day after day trying to figure out what was going on FOR WEEKS. My final attempt of giving them the benefit of the doubt was calling asking for the manager after explaining everything that happened and being told “He may be in at this day and this time, I’m not sure I don’t have the schedule, just keep calling”. After that I realized how much time I had wasted and how pointless it all was. To this day I still have received no phone calls about the 4th pair of trial contacts I would still technicaly be waiting for. (It’s been almost 2 months!!) Dont waste your time or money.

Every single time I come here I am here for way too long, they are very slow. Also, every time I come I have issues. I will not be returning. The doctors are always super nice and fast though. But the check out is the problem.
