I wish I could give them 6 stars because they deserve it! I had some issues with my flooring and Tom came back LONG after they had done the job and fixed it for me. He definitely went above and beyond for us and we will always recommend them!

Tom and the crew were able to get our project done while we were out of the house. This was a whole house project that included removing hardwood and a lot of carpet, then installing new vinyl plank and carpeting. We were so excited to get home from our trip and we were not disappointed. The whole house looks amazing! We would recommend Walt Smith Flooring to anyone!!

Walt Smith’s exceeded our expectations. They did everything they said they would and our flooring is perfect. Jason and Ryan were the installers and we liked them a lot. We dealt with Tom and Steve a bit also and they’re great. We were even fortunate enough to meet Walt on our first visit to the showroom. Wouldn’t even think about using anyone else in the future.

Tom is attentive, communicative, and easy to work with. Ryan, Jason, and the rest of the install crew were professional and very skilled. And the end result is an incredibly beautiful floor. We couldn't have asked for more!

Tom and his crew are amazing people and they are the best when it comes to flooring. They did a monster tear out and install in our new home and let me tell you we get nothing but the best compliments!!
