Walt Smith’s exceeded our expectations. They did everything they said they would and our flooring is perfect. Jason and Ryan were the installers and we liked them a lot. We dealt with Tom and Steve a bit also and they’re great. We were even fortunate enough to meet Walt on our first visit to the showroom. Wouldn’t even think about using anyone else in the future.

Tom is attentive, communicative, and easy to work with. Ryan, Jason, and the rest of the install crew were professional and very skilled. And the end result is an incredibly beautiful floor. We couldn't have asked for more!

The first time I used Walt's was after I put in an order for 1600 Sq feet of carpet for my new house and 1600 Sq feet of weird green outdoor carpet showed up. A friend recommended Walt's and we've used them several times since. You can count on these guys. You're getting a lot more than just carpet.
