I purchased windows and a patio door for my house and I am very satisfied with the quality and the service. This week I called them because I was not able to close a window after I cleaned it. They came to fix it right away indicating that they see it is going to rain. I was impressed! There was nothing wrong with the window. Turned out I tilted it incorrectly. They fixed it and showed me the right way to do it. I highly recommend Webster Exteriors and I would buy from them again. Thank you Dale and team!

we needed to replace our slider patio door. I had gone to the big box stores and looked at what they had and the installation prices. The prices they quoted for installation were not fixed, once they got to the job site there may have been an increase in the price. I reviewed the doors that they carry and a few reviewers were not well pleased. I then looked for a hometown company. I found Webster exteriors and gave them a call. The owner came out and gave me an estimate which was very reasonable and in-line with the big box stores. I went to their offices and looked at the doors they had in the warehouse and was quite impressed with the quality of their product. I selected Webster Exterior to replace my door and I am very pleased with the outcome. The installers arrived on time, were finished in no time, picked up, cleaned up behind themselves and left. It is a beautiful door and wish we had replaced the old one several years ago. There was one problem which was not Webster's doing. The builder of this house 30 years ago had trimmed the siding improperly, so on the end of the deck if you looked up you can see the line where the siding had been cut. I was just being very picky but it bothered me, I was afraid water could get in that small gap. I called Webster's Exteriors and the owner Dale, came out again to look at it and thought he could use some sealant and cure the problem. it turns out that I was wrong, there was no way water could get in behind the siding but it wasn't perfect. Dale knew the way to fixed a problem and returned the next day with the material and installed it the way it should have been placed 30 years ago. I asked how much do I owe for the material and the 2 trips and he replied "nothing". "You are my customer and we do things right". That says a lot about a company that went out of their way to repair a mistake made by someone else 30 years before. I am pleased at how Dale went out of his way to repair a problem that wasn't his making. I would highly recommend Webster exteriors to any of my family or friends without reservation. thank you Dale and the people at Webster Exteriors for a fantastic job.

We could not be more pleased with the work done by Webster Exteriors. Three months ago, we had our front door, shutters, and gutters replaced in addition to soffit /facia and also gutter guards installed for the first time. The results are beautiful! They were very prompt in following up on all of our many emails and numerous questions. They did not miss any details such as changing our door swing or changes to the original plan. The door style we wanted was not available from their normal supply company, so they went above and beyond to find the style and color with a different supplier. A thorough description of how the frame and brick mold would look with the new door was provided. Webster sent confirmation on the contract with each adjustment so everything was clear on both sides. The installation went smoothly and the workers were prompt and polite. We will definitely do additional business with them.

Webster Exteriors installed 23 windows in our home several years ago. The windows have the best Low E glass available on the market and my house is SO much warmer during the winter. I obtained 4 bids, and Webster was the only one who pointed out the quality of their installation, and not just their window. Mr. Webster was honest and didn't try to pressure me into anything. Highly recommended.

We had siding and columns replaced on our home in St. Charles. My old siding used to actually flap against the house when the wind was strong enough. The noise difference is pretty incredible. I found out later that my home's builder had "forgotten" to put insulation under the siding as well. I received 4 bids, and chose Dale Webster because I like dealing with an owner rather than a salesman. I felt he was very straightforward with me and never tried to sell me anything I didn't need. The quality of the work was great, the price was right, and I would love to do business again with his company when I need it.
