My uncle passed away suddenly, and we had no idea how to proceed with his estate. Welch Law was recommended to me by a friend, and it did not disappoint. Scott was compassionate and took his time explaining the probate process to us and gave us informed legal options for how to proceed. He is extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions - when he wasn't sure of a minute detail, he took the time to research the correct answer so that we had all the facts.
