We were in the market for updating estate planning/wills and connected with Scott Welch and his law office. We have been very pleased with the services he offered and found him to be both helpful and very knowledgeable when it came to estate planning and updating our wills. He met with us and presented many options and suggestions, taking our wants and desires into consideration. He was, and continues to be, readily available to answer any and all of our questions or to address our concerns. We felt very comfortable with how things were handled. The entire process was very professional and handled in a timely manner, but in a relaxed and friendly environment. Scott spent as much time as I needed to prepare my will and trust agreement for me. Seems easy enough but i had many questions and Scott was attentive and responsive to what I wanted to accomplish. I can't thank him enough for the way he handled everything for me and when that time comes, I'm sure that my family will continue to rely on his expertise.

Really can't say enough about how wonderful Scott Welch and his staff are. I truly feel we would not have been able to handle our complex, multi-state probate case without his expertise and guidance. What should have been an overwhelming experience being out of state and dealing with an unexpected death was made manageable with the care and concern of Scott and Marcy. Scott is easy to talk to, keeps things real and straightforward and is overall welcoming and caring.
