My husband and I wanted to get some ppwk in place to establish guardianship and make sure our kids are protected in the event we are both gone or incapacitated. He walked us through our options, answered my numerous questions, was personable, and easy to work with. Our documentation looks great and I was pleased to get an original, a physical copy, and an electronic copy. Our banker saw our ppwk when we brought it in to make some changes to our account and said how well done it was. That he’s seen a lot of legal documents and some are really poorly done but ours was excellent. Highly recommend Welch Law.
We were in the market for updating estate planning/wills and connected with Scott Welch and his law office.
