I have been with Dr. Fields for a few years. She is a wonderful dentist. She knows her stuff very well! She had to move her office from Ballas to Wentzville which is far from me but I can’t let go of her. She will never do anything that you don’t need unlike other dentists who are always trying to add more stuff to make money off of you. Her staff is very friendly and polite. Her office is very clean and she has high tech machines. When I have my appointment with her, she gives 100% time to me. She never leaves you stranded while doing another patient! I would give them 10 stars if that was an option.
I've been Dan Wilmes' patient since he opened his office. He is a great dentist and a wonderful person. I'm so glad to have him as my dentist... professional, extremely qualified, caring, personable, etc. and all of the staff members are great!
I was in today for my 6 month cleaning and the hygienist was so nice and professional. Everyone from the front desk on back are amazing! Would recommend them to anyone! Dr Dan Wilmes and Dr Fields are top notch! You won’t be disappointed!
The staff is very friendly and helpful. The work is done quickly and accurately. Both dentist are extremely nice. I enjoy going to this dentist.
Call the office on August 8th around 11:45 am to schedule an appointment for myself and my husband and was told we could get in on August 20th at 8 and 9 am. Showed up today and was told they have no record of the appointment or us in the system but they do have a "Leslie Kelley" maybe that is who the person booked by mistake is what was stated until she walked in and stated she was told a week ago that they had a cancellation and she could come in at 8 am. The had me fill all the paperwork out to then let me know that they would have to reschedule the appointment. I took off work for this appointment and they were extremely rude and ZERO ownership for their staffs errors. I have it on my phone history that this is the location I called, on that call I even verified my phone # and that they are in the same plaza as Harbor Freight. Horrible experience and we will take our business elsewhere. A simple phone call from them would have solved so much of this!
