Following the death of my spouse, Edward, I was overwhelmed both by my grief and the complications of assuming the financial responsibilities. All the personnel were polite and helpful, but Rachael McCarthy's help was extra-ordinary. Over the period of many months, she guided me through the stopping of fraudulent withdrawals from his account, understanding the intricacies of on-line banking, and making the change-over to the system upgrade.
