This past Saturday, March 23, 2024, I was a bridesmaid in my brother's wedding. They had a wonderful day celebrating with family and friends. Carley, the coordinator, was absolutely amazing! I have been a bridesmaid in 12 weddings, 3 times Maid of Honor, and I myself have planned my own wedding. I have also been a wedding coordinator many times for friends and friends of friends. I know how much goes into making a wedding and a wedding day run smoothly and my goodness Carley has it! She was professional! She was helpful! She was friendly! She was attentive! She was smart! She was everything every bride and family of a bride and groom would want for a wedding day. I was very impressed and super thankful she was there. Thank you for a calm and wonderful wedding day!

We had the pleasure of photographing a wedding reception at the Whitmoor Country Club and the service was outstanding! The host followed us around made sure we had everything we needed when taking photos and was super helpful overall. Pro shop staff and cart people were very efficient and polite. Food and beverage staff the same. Course was in great shape overall but the greens havent recovered from the aeration yet. Balls wont check and putts a little bumpy.

We recently had our wedding ceremony and reception here at Whitmoor country club and I could not rave more about it!! From the beginning, Whitmoor's team was extremely helpful and supportive providing extra time to answer any questions we had, even in the midst of company changes. Every single person we worked with were patient, kind and detail oriented, especially Carly in particular. We had the privilege of having her for our wedding coordinator. From days leading up to the wedding, to the day of, and days following, she ensured every detail was covered, helped to make everything came together and assisted in making the day as stress free as possible. SHE KNOWS WHAT SHE IS DOING!! Outside of the amazing team, the venue itself is GORGEOUS. A lot of our guests complimented having the ceremony and reception in one location and were so surprised by the flow of the whole night. Everything moved so seamlessly. THANK YOU Whitmoor for making our wedding day/night so special and one we will cherish forever!

We recently held our fundraising golf tournament. The course was amazing, the amenities were wonderful and all the staff was kind, helpful and fun. Great experience!
