we were treated with so much verbal abuse October 21, 2024, because we couldn’t touch the wigs. We couldn’t try them on, and they were following us and monitoring us every step we took. At one point I picked up a mannequin holding a longer wig to take it up to the registered to buy it, and I was yelled at For accidentally touching the length of the wig. I told her I was going to buy it, and I set it on the counter and told her I was going to look around a little more. She screamed at me that until I was ready to check out do not put the wig on the counter that is for checking out only and took the wig and put it back where it was originally sitting on the shelf.! I know a lot of people and I have posted publicly on Facebook about this business. I’m happy for those who had a good experience, but ours was completely inappropriate and uncalled for! as a Christian woman I merely told the manager that she was being very inappropriate and verbally abusive. She just kept screaming at us and yelled at us to get out of the store. I have to forgive her, but I don’t want anyone else to go through the same experience.

NOT WELCOMING AT ALL!!! I just came in with my mother to buy lashes and glue the workers were VERY rude to us we touched a wig nd she immediately yelled at us not to touch it(which is not a problem its just her tone) I then walked to the back of the store to look at braiding hair nd she immediately went to watch me on the camers but there was a white lady in the back of the store with no problems. They are so rude im not surprised they only have a 2.7 star rating it should be LOWER.

Huge selection! The lady that helped me was very helpful and pulled a few wigs for me to try. When we couldn't find the color I was looking for which was a mix of brown Blonde and red, She offered to order it for me. I traveled quite a waste to come to their store and it was definitely worth the drive :)

I've come here several times. Wonderful customer service! They try to meet your expectations. Owner deeply cares about the upkeeping of their wigs that they sell,so you can have the best. Love their personality,funny,truthful,honest and hardworking. Will continue to come here :)

This shop had the BEST selection on hand I have ever seen. All wigs were newer styles and in amazing condition. The owner was extremely helpful with showing me the various options and where I could find what I was looking for! When I entered they let me know their current shopping policies due to Covid. And honestly it all made sense and was reassuring to know they were taking such precautions to allow shopping to continue for their customers. I left with 2 beautiful wigs and the biggest smile 😃 I'm going back next paycheck and making sure all my friends know they are here.
