I got a haircut that didn’t turn out as I’d liked. I’ve never had a wig before. I popped in here and these ladies have a large selection at amazing prices. They’re much lower than online. They even have human hair ones that are affordable. Give them a try!

This shop had the BEST selection on hand I have ever seen. All wigs were newer styles and in amazing condition. The owner was extremely helpful with showing me the various options and where I could find what I was looking for! When I entered they let me know their current shopping policies due to Covid. And honestly it all made sense and was reassuring to know they were taking such precautions to allow shopping to continue for their customers. I left with 2 beautiful wigs and the biggest smile 😃 I'm going back next paycheck and making sure all my friends know they are here.

Being my first time looking for hair extensions I brought a friend who is well experienced. We were trying to match my hair color and started to open a package (per my friend she has always been allowed to do this at every store she has purchased extensions from) when a worker began yelling at us not to open it and said she could help but when we asked her to help match my hair color and if she had a sample board of the shades she turned and walked away. I personally have no idea how anyone would want to purchase hair they are going to wear without knowing the texture. So I touched the ends of a nearby wig to get an idea of what I could expect and the same worker began yelling at us not to touch - she went on to yell to everyone in the store that I was picking my nose and touching all of the wigs. She followed us throughout the store. Apparently there are signs everywhere- there are, very small printed signs scattered throughout. She did not stop trying to shame me for the rest of the short visit. We were pressed for time so unfortunately I purchased what I was looking for so that I could take it home to see if the color matches. Apparently that is allowed - does she restock returned items? I can’t imagine her customers buy the right shade without being able to see it out of packaging. The most rude experience I have EVER had. And for the record I did not once touch my nose inside her store. No clue how she is in business. It is the opposite of customer service- bring a witness with you and I also recommend videotaping your visit. I wish I had video of it to share and warn others.

The associate was nice but the store is cluttered and not organized well.

If I could give this place less than a 1 I would. I was about to purchase a $60 wig and then the owner proceeded to yell at my because I was touching it and wanted to feel the quality of hair. Highly don’t recommend.
