Came in the store literally knowing nothing about boards. Two of the employees came and helped me with mine and educated me. Noah Driver and Eli Aguilar. Best customer support I’ve had at a zumiez before. They both deserve raises.
My daughter's love this place. I even like this place. They have some trendy clothes and some really cool shoes. This is a cool skate shop clothing and skate supply store
Tried on a pair of shoes here bought them. Then 2 days later found the same shoes $20 cheaper went to return. They said there was dirt on the bottom. Well yea I tried them on in your store that is literally dirty. Worker said "our floor isn't dirty." You kidding right your floor has Crayola and dust everywhere cause it's untreated concrete unlike the rest of the mall. Dirtiest floor in the entire mall. BEWARE DONT BUY ANYTHING THAT TOUCHES THE FLOOR IF YOU TRY IT ON UNLESS YOU PRICE MATCH FIRST. Won't evee be going to this store again. It can close down like the rest of the malls in America. That's what I get for shopping at a actual store and not Amazon I guess. Learned my lesson. Amazon always. Let the local stores like this go out of business. To the closet these shoes go forever now. I’ve been to this location twice and on both occasions, the young lady with the permanently irked facial expression, hawked us down the entire time. I won’t be returning to spend money where an associate stares at my boys and I as if we’re about to steal. She stared so hard that I could feel her looking and every time I turned around, our eyes met. I watched her do it to another African American shopper as well. Other customers, who didn’t look like us , didn’t get that “helpful “ treatment. I see a couple other reviews ,negatively describing treatment from this same person. She’s a liability, because all the money I was ready to spend walked right out of the door because of her. She needs to be called to the carpet, it’s blatant that she has preconceived notions of certain people.
