Denny and team from Zykan Exteriors STL recently replaced my roof and gutters and I couldn’t be any happier. They handled everything through my insurance, making The process seamless and stress-free. The installation was done, professionally and efficiently. The team was courteous, knowledgeable, and ensured that everything was cleaned up after afterward. I highly recommend Zykan exterior St. Louis for anyone needing exterior services. Great service from start to finish.
They put a roof on right before we bought our house. Was told the warranty would transfer to us. Well….we have water damage and the guy they sent out to look at the roof told us we had significant hail damage so it voided the warranty. We called another company for a second opinion and they said we didn’t have any hail damage at all. The “repair” the zykan person did actually ruined more shingles and when they originally put the roof on they did it wrong. For three years water has been running down the wall, ruining our kitchen ceiling and ruining other drywall and insulation. They will not accept fault and we are out thousands of dollars in repairs. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They will take your money and not hold themselves accountable. Two other companies said it was horrible workmanship and done wrong. RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
Zykan helped me navigate a very complicated situation with my roof, insurance company, all while trying to move out of the home and reassure the new owner that the roof would be completed. Everyone on the Zykan team took time to explain every aspect of the process, what to expect, and what the costs would be. It was a very transparent experience which was very reassuring throughout the whole process. Nobody wants to, or likes to replace their roof, but if you're going to have to do it, I would highly recommend Zykan Exteriors, as they will give you quality service combined with a high level of customer service
Kaleb and his team at Zykan Exteriors delivered an incredible experience with my recent residential roof repair. From the initial message after a hail storm, Kaleb was punctual and flexible with my schedule to meet and discuss the process and what to expect from the insurance company and also his company. Throughout the entire process, Kaleb was a great resource and assisted me with any questions or concerns. The office staff kept me informed between the time of the contract and the installation. After the work was completed, there were a few items for follow up. Kaleb responded within minutes and set an appointment outside of normal working hours that worked with my limited availability. This was my first home insurance claim, but Kaleb and his team remained professional and had strong communication from start to finish which lowered my stress levels. I highly recommend Zykan and would reuse them in the future, if needed.
Zykan Exteriors has been a pleasure to work with throughout our entire exteriors renovation process. Brandon was the project manager during our roof installation. He was in constant communication with me throughout that process, while attentively focusing on the concerns that I had and addressing them throughout the day. Brandon's customer service was excellent throughout, and that really stood out when I contacted him regarding some of our landscaping and plants that were damaged during the roof installation. He reached out to me several times to gather information on how to remedy the situation. And they did. It was a great experience working with Brandon and Zykan. I would recommend them to anyone.
