I was attempting to purchase a bathroom vanity top and faucet, my daughter and I were two of four customers in the entire store. I walked by 5 associates while trying to find the vanity tops, 4 of which were much more interested in chatting with their co workers than acknowledging my existence. I finally had to pull up their website so I could find the correct isle, I still couldn’t find what I was looking for, I decided I’d just get the faucet, their website sent me to the wrong isle for that. We left empty handed and very frustrated. I appreciate Lowe’s offering a military discount, that’s why my husband likes us to shop there but I’d gladly pay the extra 10% to Home Depot for their customer service, I’ve never walked into a home depot and been ignored.

Went to Lowes today to buy a shower head. On my way to the plumbing section, two store associates asked me if I needed help. A third associate asked if I needed help choosing from the large selection of heads and recommended one. While still in the section, three more associates asked if I needed help. When checking out, Stephanie, the cashier, was very helpful in getting my discount. Every one of them was very courteous and in good spirits. Great job!

I really just want to talk about one associate. John is a veteran who helped me at the cash register. He was actually the first associate who approached me and asked if I needed help with anything. If you ever get the chance to talk to John, your day just seems to improve from there. He made a giant home improvement store seem like it was the small-town hardware store where no one is a stranger. Thank you, John!

This was a very nice Lowe's Home Improvement Store. The staff I engaged with were very helpful, and I even overheard a phone call with a customer in automotive where they were going to stay on past shift to assist a customer emergency! Class act!

June 6th I tried to order a pantry door. On September 26th I called to get the status of the door, and the person in millwork said that could not find any order in the system and transferred me to Kimberly the manager. She claims that the order was not place and she would check with the manufacture and see what they have, and they never receive the order, and she was going to expedite the order and I will receive the order on October 26th. On October 17th I call again and spoke with Kira who claims that she was an Assistant Manager, and she was going to check on the status of the door and call me back and Never did. On October 19th call back again was PUT ON HOLD FOR 30MIN so my daughter contacted someone she knew there to find out what was going on. Today October 21 Paul call and AGAIN the order was NEVER SENT, he claims that he will resent it and let us know. So I contacted corporate to complain. Spoke with a Karen whom is an Operations Manager, she took my complaint and send it BACK TO THE STORE AND POINT LESS AND offered to transfer me to CHUCK THE STORE MANAGER AND SAID THAT HE WAS NOT ABLE TO SPEAK WITH ME HE WAS TO BUSY. Since I could not speak with Chuck I spoke with Jahaad and claims that he would reorder the door. IT HAS BEEN THREE HOURS LATER TODAY NO ONE HAS CALLED CHECK WITH ME AND AGAIN STILL HAVE NOT ORDERED MY DOOR.. AGAIN, INCOMPENTANT AND STILL DO NOT HAVE A DOOR , AT THE TIME I BELIEVE MY DOOR SHOULD BE FREE. It has been almost 6 months and STILL NO DOOR ?!!!
