Today, I visited Lowe's just to browse through their selection of tool storage. Terry came over to ask if I needed any assistance. He was very knowledgeable and kind. I told him that, not too long ago, I landed my first job in the trade I went to school for. Terry congratulated me. I will be back later today to buy that tool cart as it will be an investment in my career.

Made an online order in the AM and was near the end of the day. Called to ask why it was taking so long. The customer service rep gave me an excuse of the computers were down and now they're back up. Asked if she could check on the order tonsee ifnits moving along (she should have offered), she reluctantly did. Stated that the order was in pending status. Well thanks for all the help lady! I knew that before I called. Explained I needed the supplies today and she was really dismissive and rude. Offered no resolution. Waited a few hours and now it's night time and still no movement on order. I for sure won't be returning to Lowe's. Train your staff what customer service looks like.

The most incompetent organization that I have ever dealt with. Not is there contractors who do the installation very low quality. But the manager of the Lowe’s in St Peter’s is an out and out liar. Do yourself a favor and avoid this lower class store. They are not capable of even picking up dog droppings.

Do not use their curbside pick-up. Horrible customer service. Still waiting here 20 minutes later for someone to help me, and the lady inside the store is still giving me the run around. No one is available to help it looks like. I’ve seen employees walk past my car in the lot about 6 times. They stopped answering the phone after keeping me on hold for 10 minutes with no help.

What a terrible experience. Ordered fencing to be delivered on Wednesday. Tuesday, part of the order gets canceled. Wednesday afternoon I get a call to see if they can push my delivery to Thursday morning. I say ok since I don’t need the material until Friday. Thursday late afternoon get another call to tell me 270 is backed up can they deliver Friday morning. I said if you can guarantee that I’m your first drop off it’s fine. The lady says we can’t guarantee that and I won’t make you wait another day, I’ll make sure it gets delivered today. Thursday evening still no order. Check the website it says delivered. Call the store and they tell me my order has been delayed to Friday. I have a crew scheduled to start Friday afternoon and no materials for them to work with yet.
