I love this studio! Barre is my favorite workout because it combines strength, cardio, and elements of yoga. Barre 3 St. Charles is a very welcoming, encouraging place to workout. You will feel at home even if you are a total beginner. And they have childcare available for some classes. My daughter loves to come to the play lounge. I highly recommend you try a free introductory class!

This is one of my happy places! I always leave this studio feeling refreshed and ready to face the day. The instructors are beyond sweet and greet me every time I visit even though I'm not a regular. It makes me feel seen and special. I've taken these classes pregnant and postpartum as well with modifications. Studio is clean, music is always on point, people are friendly. I love this inclusive environment!

Barre3 is a great place to start movement, return to movement, or continue movement. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming and the equipment is clean and organized. The instructors are supportive and motivating, and they offered modified movements throughout each class. I felt comfortable going at whatever pace I needed that day, whether that be taking a lighter day, or pushing myself a little harder.

Barre3 St.Charles is amazing! They have very attentive coaches that lead varied routines. It doesn’t matter where you are at with your health journey, they are there to support you. It’s super clean and inviting. Love this place and the people!!!!

Some people start an exercise routine with lots of energy and good intentions, and then their passion kind of fizzles out....I'm glad to say that 30 classes in to my experience with St. Charles Barre3, and I am only more convinced that this is not only an exercise class but a holistic approach to body, mind and soul. If you've been on the fence about starting something new, I strongly recommend Barre3.
