I was in the store last weekend. Bought a tool that needed to be brought up from the back. The gentlemen who checked us out radioed to someone in the back to bring it up. after about 5 minutes of waiting, you could see the cashier getting frustrated over the walkie about the wait time. After about another 5 minutes, the cashier yells over the walkie for his coworker to hurry the F--- up. Following this, he yelled the f-bomb across the whole store and was belittling the other employee in front of everyone. There were many customers along with children in the store that witnessed it. Super unprofessional on the cashier's part. Will not come back to that store.

Bought several items including a power tool. The same exact power tool is $120 on Amazon. I paid $60. There are a lot of decent tools in the store that I still use after several years. There also a lot of cheaply made tools that I bought that failed after one use. I learned my lesson. I got what I paid for. The employees are always courteous and knowledge.
Me and a couple buddies went to go get a tool and the gentleman at the front sent another worker to the back of the store. They took about 10 minutes but the front worker proceeded to shout the f bomb across the store in front of other customers and children calling the other worker slow. Super unprofessional and isn’t the first time I have seen this worker burst out in anger and with profanity.
Employees at Harbor Freight are always friendly and able to assist you in what you are looking for. Their prices on tools, hardware, etc. are much more reasonable than the big box stores. Look for coupons online for even more savings.
