The store is well organized, making finding what you need easy. They have fair pricing. Most importantly, the staff has amazing knowledge. They are friendly, and they go the extra mile to help you.

This I what I would call one of your nice neighborhood mom and pop stores. I've always had a special place in my heart for small businesses. They just have something that these large chains don't seem to have a lot of times and that's appreciation for your business. They tend to know your name and always wear a smile when you come in. This has been my one stop shop for odds and ends. They tend to have everything I need. There's some stuff I have to go to the larger hardware stores for, but Jehling is by far my favorite hardware store to go to. The prices are awesome just as well as the staff. No matter who's working, everybody is more than willing to help you find what you need with enthusiasm. I love the place and I will continue to shop there for years to come.

I went there for the first time and it is like going back in time. In a good way. It is an old fashion hardware store on the inside but does not look like one on the outside. The prices are very reasonable. Try them out, you will not regret it.

My favorite thing about Jehling is the friendly and helpful way they take care of their customers! The store has a good inventory selection with quality products at reasonable prices, along with great service. It's one of my favorite Mom and Pop places to shop in O'Fallon!!!:)
