Went in today was greeted by a very nice elderly gent on a scooter with an oxygen machine on the back still plugging away and giving excellent and friendly service. What a cool little store that is a throwback pretty much just like the old Jehling Hardware was in St Charles before they moved. I went there with my dad as a kid and it was much the same then as now and its great there are still places like this around.
The only place in town that could copy an old key and it was cheaper than lowes and home depot. It's the small-town hardware store you see in Hallmark movies. They may not have everything, but they care more than the big box stores .
