Great staff is very helpful. They have everything you need
Went in today was greeted by a very nice elderly gent on a scooter with an oxygen machine on the back still plugging away and giving excellent and friendly service. What a cool little store that is a throwback pretty much just like the old Jehling Hardware was in St Charles before they moved. I went there with my dad as a kid and it was much the same then as now and its great there are still places like this around.
I went there because I needed an extra part for my customers rv. My company Sparkle RV Services offers a full range of RV services to our customers. The salesman helped me find what I needed quickly so I could get my customer's rv operating again. Thank you

This place is great. Just when you think customer service doesn't exist any more, you walk into Jehling and get all the help and knowledge you need. Visited there over the weekend, the man helped me find the screws I needed, explained to me how to work a tap, and had me out of there in under 10 minutes. Well done, Jehling Hardware, glad you're in O'Fallon !
