    The staff mistakenly entered our entire appliance order twice requiring us to purchase it twice before the first had been refunded. On the 3rd attempt the installers made it a week after move in and told my pregnant wife that she'd have to drive and buy a connecting part despite us buying all the accompanying pieces. They ignored the water hook up to the fridge causing a repeating alarm. When my wife started to get the kids ready he told her they'd leave before she got back and left without installing. They also dragged the fridge on wood flooring instead of lifting it like men carving lines in the floor. We drove to the store and bought the part so that a week later customer service could get new installers out. For the treatment, they offered a 50 percent refund and I'd receive a call in 24 hours. This was to keep my business for future purchases which will now be canceled. After two hours re-explaining the situation to customer service and 3 employees plus a manager confirming the notes said what I was told, a new manager offered 10 percent. She also denied seeing the notes 4 other employees had seen. Funny because my wife and I just listened to the recording we have saved of these calls. Guess lying is part of Lowe's business model

    Popped in to buy a tarpaulin, the male assistant couldn't of been more helpful, he also showed me to the Purdy paintbrushes. Thanks from the Londoner doing Route 66

    Be careful working with them. Placed a large order in December, a piece was damaged when I received it and I have been trying to get it replaced since April. Can not get emails or phone calls returned. Was told the ordered the part three times. Finally received mid August only to find out it was wrong part. Again cannot get anyone to return emails or calls. Opened a case through Customer care and sent an email to corporate, still nothing. Find another company to order cabinets through, customer service is terrible once they get your order and your money.

    Xavier is a extremely helpful, he loaded a lawn mower by himself. He is the Hulk Hogan of the garden shop. He is exceptional young man, he deserves to be recognized for his great work.Thank you Mike and Gail Boyd

    I have been trying to resolve an issue for almost a year and no one at Lowe’s will call me back. They keep reassuring me that they will give my number to a manager, but never do. I went into the Lowe’s to try to resolve it in person, but they said no one that could help me was working at that time, and that I’d have to come back another time. Now when I try to call, I am put on hold for over an hour then the phone disconnects. I have 3 jobs, and do not have time to chase these people around. The problem is that they delivered a dryer in the wrong color, so the washer and dryer do not match. All I am asking for is a replacement, and they’ve been giving me the run around for 10 months now. This is ridiculous.
