We chose Lowe’s to do our countertops and they contract with Cosentino for the stone and the install comes from Hallmark. We are very unhappy with our installation. First of all the seams appear to be filling in a gap and they’re so noticeable. The most important thing is the stone from Cosentino is clearly not a match. When we went there to view the pattern we were told that the two slabs they had already pulled out for us were a match. Clearly, they are not. We have been working with the CMS department and your IME team and we are getting nowhere. Costantino is denying our claim and states that is the color we selected. It may be the pattern we selected, but we never got a chance to view the two slabs ourselves. They pulled out and said they matched. We don’t know where to go from here, but we are very unhappy and considering not doing any more business with Lowes

Linda was the best. She was very helpful from beginning to end. I've never shopped at Lowe's til today, and I'll be the first to say I found it to be very pleasing, friendly, helpful etc. I will even go as far and say that Cordell was very helpful and very kind, his position was getting the water heater from a top self. Both of these employees deserves some kind of reward. If I could give it a 10 star rating I most definitely would. Thank you.

Since starting our home remodel during COVID, we've spent a lot of money (and time) at Lowe's in Wentzville. On July 30th I ordered a new washer and dryer. They were picked up from the store on August 8th, when they arrived. After bringing them home and looking at our laundry room, we decided they were a bit small and wondered about returning them. My husband called the store on August 11th and an associate assured him we had 30 days to return them. So we ordered a single unit washer and dryer, which did not arrive in store until August 19th. We had not returned the previous units yet as we're an hour away from the store and figured as long as we were in the 30-day window (which we most definitely were), all was well. So the still unopened washer and dryer are loaded back in the truck, an hour is driven to the store, and what do you know? Oh, it's only 2 days to return, not 30. If that had been communicated on the 11th, the washer and dryer would have already been installed and all of this time and gas wouldn't have been wasted.
Couple this with no one available in any department to order anything (windows, doors, millwork, etc.) regardless of the time of day, items consistently out of stock, and all the other negative reviews of this store lately...I will be switching to Menard's. I have had nothing but positive experiences there and am so disappointed in this Lowe's store.

I came into the store to buy a pitboss 1155 talk to the sales associate. He told me he would go to the back to grab my grill he was gone for approximately 10 minutes. Came back told me that the grill was buread and he did not feel like pulling it out. Proceeded to ask me if I would be interested in purchasing a different grill. That was easier to get to. I left the store and will be taking my business elsewhere.

I'm giving three stars because the appliances are amazing, it's the delivery that I have a problem with. I was told my refrigerator would be here between 2:00 and 6:00, that's a big window. At 5:45 p.m. I get a phone call that they'll be at my house in 25 minutes, so my entire day has been wasted And I've had food sitting in a cooler since 2:00 so I'm not making the delivery guy wait while I get things out of the fridge and freezer to put in the new one. I'm sure I'll lose some of that too, along with my day.
