We chose Lowe’s to do our countertops and they contract with Cosentino for the stone and the install comes from Hallmark. We are very unhappy with our installation. First of all the seams appear to be filling in a gap and they’re so noticeable. The most important thing is the stone from Cosentino is clearly not a match. When we went there to view the pattern we were told that the two slabs they had already pulled out for us were a match. Clearly, they are not. We have been working with the CMS department and your IME team and we are getting nowhere. Costantino is denying our claim and states that is the color we selected. It may be the pattern we selected, but we never got a chance to view the two slabs ourselves. They pulled out and said they matched. We don’t know where to go from here, but we are very unhappy and considering not doing any more business with Lowes

Linda was the best. She was very helpful from beginning to end. I've never shopped at Lowe's til today, and I'll be the first to say I found it to be very pleasing, friendly, helpful etc. I will even go as far and say that Cordell was very helpful and very kind, his position was getting the water heater from a top self. Both of these employees deserves some kind of reward. If I could give it a 10 star rating I most definitely would. Thank you.

There are not enough characters for this review. We purchased French doors for our kitchen & bedroom Nov 26th 2023 (paid in full) Installer measured 12/15/23 and came to install 02/26/24. Here 5 hrs shoved the doors in & said they don't fit (measured wrong). I called Lowes installation, and they said they would help. Well after several calls, for 2 months, NOTHING! I had doors shoved halfway in my house leaking water every time it rained. They kept telling me the salesman had to fix it, but he wouldn't do anything to help us or reach out. I finally went to the store and spoke to manager (who also did nothing all those months) Finally in April I spoke with a rep who said she was going to help me and we would be compensated if we just gave them a chance. I thought, ok, I am at a loss. Well fast forward and she said she could not get doors we ordered. I asked for money back, and she said I would have to return the doors first. Well, they took my old doors, so how am I supposed to return? Finally filed a complaint with BBB, and then someone else contacted me and said they would help. In July she said she ordered our doors and installed in August. Showed up in August, and they were wrong size and measured wrong again. I was in tears at this point. Now, we are in August and she said the only doors they can get me is sliding doors, they cannot get the exact doors I ordered (French doors with blinds in them) which we paid for up front. We just caved and said fine, give us doors.. Well all said and done, November (A YEAR LATER) we have sliding doors which we did not order. Once those were installed, we asked for the compensation we were promised. Well they offered me $150 gift card to Lowes and wanted me to sign a form saying I would not talk about this with anyone (before I could get the $150 Lowe’s credit) I wanted the money back for the Kitchen door which we already had sliding doors and would not have paid for another one. Now they are ignoring me and sending me emails asking me to sign that form (which I am not doing for $150)! Most depressing and stressful experiences!

I used to work at Lowe’s and I had a lot of high hopes for this company as they took care of me. However, that was 7 + years ago and I’m not sure what’s happened since. Thankfully I did not work at the Wentzville Lowes. Since I’m going to write this review, let’s start with how no one is ever willing to help or go out of their way to make sure you don’t need help, you look at a person to ask for help and their heads go down and they look away. But that’s beside the point. A couple days ago I went to Lowe’s in search of seeing if they were going to have a Black Friday deal on a hot water heater. I waited for the only person who was in the appliance section to be done with their current customers. Unfortunately, this person was extremely busy and frazzled. I won’t name names because I’m not trying to get the person in trouble but I do know their name. They were nice but obviously frazzled and that should have been the first sign of how things were about to go south. We explained our situation and this employee had me give them my name and cell phone along with address to have someone call me about the hot water heater to be installed. The employee showed us the water heaters but unfortunately at this time the person who is supposed to install the water heater called me. The employee continued to talk to my mom and I continued to talk to this guy who quoted me $1340 for installation and removal of the old. I said okay let me talk with my husband because that’s expensive. At this point the frazzled employee took us up to the desk where they said they needed to go take their mom to a doctors appointment and said if you apply for the Lowe’s credit card you’ll get 20% off and 12 months no interest but they quickly ran off to go take their mom to a appointment. I applied for the card thinking this was a good deal, talked with my husband, got the installation guy to come out the next day and install the hot water heater. At the time of the installer leaving he said it’s only 5% off or 6 months no interest. My mom called Lowe’s for me as I was at work and she went around and around calling everyone who apparently couldn’t find me in the system and she got no where except to essentially be called a liar. So when I got off work the same thing happened to me, I called Lowe’s store up, was greeted by some guy who was very condescending with me on giving me a phone number to call and proceeded to say we don’t give 20% off that’ll never happen but you can get it with your next purchase at the store. I called the number this man gave me and was told I should have 12 months interest free but they aren’t sure until I get the credit card in the mail.
SOO with this being said, I know this review is going no where just like my phone conversations went, but trust me when I say I’ll never be using Lowe’s again. I’d rather pay a higher price at Home Depot if that’s the case. Lowe’s you have put a horrible taste in my mouth. Not only acting like my mother and I are liars but scamming me. I’ll gladly pay off that credit card and shred it when I’m done. Don’t be scammed like I was.

Worst customer service imaginable. We payed $2,000 for a patio door to be installed in May of 2024. It is now November 2024 and we still have no door. I understand that lowes installs go through "lowes install partners" , but the wentzville, MO store is at fault here. Skylar helped us with the consultation. He was very friendly and professional during the first visit to our home but it turns out, he's just another sleezy sales guy that doesn't care his customers. After several appointments for measuring, they gave the installers the wrong door. We had to do the whole process all over again. Taking my money in May and wasting my time month after month. At the beginning of October install partners came out yet again to do another measurement and told me I'd have to pay an extra $300 for extra labor and materials because they'd have to do some extra work to get the door to fit right. We had several people come out to measure over the past 5 months and this was never mentioned by anyone else. Usually, it wouldn't be a big deal and I'd pay the extra $300, but I had already paid $2,000 in May and then got treated terribly for 5 months then they ask me for more money. That's not how you treat your loyal customers. Spoke with several managers including chelsea and Allan Wallace who promised me they would look into my situation and do whatever they can to make it right and call me back. Just to get me off the phone and never hear from them again. DO NOT
buy a door from lowes to be installed. Save yourself the time and headache. Never been treated this way by any company ever. After being a life long lowes shopper, I can proudly say I am now a Home Depot guy.
