    Walk into store looking for a few items. Can’t find them. Lowe’s has such a terrible layout, the way they don’t group common things together. Trash bags aren’t anywhere near the cleaning products. No one seems to know anything, can’t get anyone to help. I see managers & associates are standing around talking to one another. Every time I walk into a Lowe’s I think stop just go to Home Depot. I need to start listening to that voice.

    Please please do not buy any appliances from Lowe’s especially if you are a first time buyer. I’ve had the worst 2 weeks of my life trying to get my refund back from Lowe’s which I still haven’t received. I bought a washer and dryers from the st Charles location on a what I thought was a good deal but they send me 2 dead machines ( what are the odds). I’ve talked to more than 14 customer service representatives and 12 delivery services customer support about them coming to get the machine back and atleast fix it or a refund but I cannot get anyone to come to my house. I call them to set appointments but they don’t actually follow up with emails or calls to tell me what time they are coming. I’ve set up 7 appointment with them and nobody has showed up or called each time. That’s 7 hours of phone calls. They lie that they have been at my house but I work from home everyday and non of them have been to my house . I’ve been going through all this to get my refund back and trust me it’s not worth it. Go buy straight from the supplier if you need and machines. 2 of their employees got fired a week ago because they were trying to solicit me to sell me installation services which I had already paid for . Lowe’s is a terrible company. Don’t say I never warned you.

    Went to Lowe’s today looking for a 240V breaker as mine was faulty. I had multiple pictures of the breaker I needed. I asked for help and was handed off 3 times before one of the staff told me they couldn’t help me and I might burn my house down. The staff member they told me knew about electrical wouldn’t even look at the pictures I had. He Just acted like I didn’t know what I was doing. “Call an electrician” he said. I left Lowe’s and went to Home Depot where I was helped immediately by one woman who knew what I needed. I’ve since replaced the breaker and everything is fixed. No electrician needed. Spend your money elsewhere.

    Aisles are always nice and neat. Everything is easily shoppable and if you use their app it’s even easier to find what you’re looking for. The staff is kind and always checking in to make sure you’re finding what you need. Prices are reasonable compared to the other big box improvement store.

    A BIG thank you to Alan for helping me to load a stack of drywall TWICE, because we discovered the first stack had damage and had to bring it back into the store! So glad you were there to get us through that situation! Also thank you Dakyra who handled the transaction for my Lowe's professional account, and gave us top notch service! She was very friendly and courteous! We are definitely coming back to this location again.
