I had previously bought a light from here for my kitchen a few weeks back and had my electrician come in to install it. Upon him opening up the box, he told my husband and I that this was, in fact, a florescent light and not an LED like the one I purchased. Someone had switched out the light with an old one and presumably returned the box with their old night inside. I was mortified, as this was an expensive light and I didn’t want to be accused of swapping out the new light with an old one.
I called the store and got Armani on the line. I was kind of panicked because I’d never been in this type of situation before (and honestly, who would have the audacity to swap out lights?!) and he assured me that if I came in with the light, they would be happy to exchange it for me. I came in with the light and ended up getting Armani at the customer service counter, who was just as helpful as he was on the phone. He asked if I would rather exchange the light for a new one or if I would like a refund. I at first asked for an exchange (because I still wanted the same light) but when I went to look for it, the light was already sold out. I came back up to him and asked to just have a refund instead and he quickly switched courses to refund my money.
I thought this would be a huge pain in the backside for me to return this light that wasn’t even as listed, but Armani made things so simple and was extremely kind throughout the entire process. I had to buy my light at another Lowe’s location, but I will ABSOLUTELY be back at this location for the rest of my home improvement needs! Thanks again, Armani!

Even though we waited 15 minutes in the floor department we received good service once he showed up. Customer service is everything to me. Lowe's is good but I always receive excellent customer service at Home Depot which is why my husband and I decided to get our flooring from Home Depot. The representative asked us if we needed help then went got on his knees and showed us how to install the floor. Simple amazing service. We were sold!! Sorry Lowe's... Step your game up.
