What a great experience! Lowe's impressed me with their attentive, knowledgeable service, attention to detail, and desire by store associates to go above and beyond the norm.
Needing help with selecting a new bathroom vanity, I asked an associate who called for Gene. Although he was at the end of his shift and leaving for the day, Gene walked me through a variety of available selections that met my specific needs. He met me at the counter while I completed my payment transaction with Frankie, then walked me to my van and helped me load it.
Lowe's has shown me a brilliantly stocked, well-staffed store that is clean, organized and has spacious available parking for everyone.

I went to Lowe's to get a bag of lump charcoal. There was not one live checker in the front end of their store. All self checkout. I DO NOT WORK AT LOWE'S OR FOR LOWE'S!!!! I feel like all these stores doing self checkout are laughing at America. "Look at these idiots! Not only do we not have to hire anyone or pay them a living wage, or even
help with health insurance, these idiots will work for free!"
How about an employee discount? 15 % sounds fair. I left my charcoal @ their self checkout. Wonder why people shop @ Amazon? I don't wonder at all. Look at this lame response. I did not have a bad experience at self checkout. I did not self-checked out, I left their product on the store floor and walked out. I will only go to Lowe's in a dire emergency from here on out, I can literally walk to Lowe's in 5 minutes

Return policy is a nightmare, ordered a microwave and it came damaged. Was on the phone over an hour and they were unwilling to return their damaged project. Now I’m down $200+ and they won’t do anything about it even though it was damaged by them. Horrible business, go anywhere else.

The biggest shout out to Les. He saw me struggling in the paint department and jumped right over to help me out (even though they were right about to close!!) As he was helping me, another customer stopped over to also thank Les for helping him out so much. So, this guy is just all around a great employee and human. We need more Les in the world!

The customer service team was awesome. My order was retrieved fast, and the associates even helped me load my van. Keep up the good work, it’s appreciated.
