I had an interaction with two Martin door guys. The first, Shawn, was a salesperson, and the second, Matt, was the installer. Both were extremely thorough and professional. We are super happy with Martin Door and the installation they did on our new garage door. Dan Schmitz from Martin Door serviced my double garage door that has been through several companies, and multiple visits. The door is not a standard setup but has worked fine since the house build in 2020. Recently the door started sticking and overload faulting on open. Dan came out to troubleshoot the door, asked several quick questions, observed the door and function and within a few minutes had ideas of what was going on. Shortly after that he grabbed his ladder and tools, and had the door working flawlessly! After, he checked out the single door to insure proper function since he was there and advised on routine maintenance techniques to insure the life of the system. I highly recommend Martin Door to fix your garage door issues! Thank you!

I had a trolley break and when I ordered the replacement it was the wrong size. Went in and their rep got me the part I needed and explained why there are 2 different sized rails. Excellent service!
