A couple of years ago I had Martin Door install a new garage door for me and I was so pleased with the service I contacted them again to replace my front door and sidelites. The salesman, Johnny Woodward, was great to work with and helped me design the perfect door for my home. When it was time to install the new door, the carpenters, Jim and Ben, did an outstanding job. I am very happy with my new door and the service Martin Door provided. I highly recommend them to anyone in the St. Louis area.
Called on a weekend for a broken spring. They told me they would return my call Monday morning. First thing Monday they called and had a tech out at 8:00am. Dan did a great job and even helped make the garage door quieter. The price and service was excellent.
There was an incident in to which my garage operating system became unbolted by a bolt and was hanging down by a thread. I was unable to close my garage properly. I needed the install done that day due to safety and security concerns in the neighborhood. It was after a holiday weekend. Martin was fully booked and unable to help my urgent situation that day and I had to call someone else. The Vice President ended up reaching out to me personally after the fact and apologized profusely that they were unable to get the job done that day. Martin Door decided to reimburse me for the money I spent with a different company even though they were unable to provide their services that day. I'm grateful that the Vice President reached out and took care of an issue even though he didn't have to. Him offering to take care of it shows that Martin Door cares about their customers and stand by their product as a family brand. It also shows me that he's the kind of person I could sit down and eat with at a restaurant because he was so personable. If anybody ever asks what I think about Martin Door I would say I don't think you could find a better garage door servicer anywhere.
Crazy fast unloading here, they have it down to a science. Warehouse and office staff always friendly and accommodating. 53 foots are discouraged, can be a little snug getting into the dock. Ask for a spotter, and dont be afraid of asking accounting people to move cars in order to leave safely.
Had an unusual install of an opener Three other companies said it couldn't be done Martin looked and called back in a few days made install look easy very happy with quality workmanship and price. The other companies should be embarrassed
