Do you want the 5 star rating back? Then put the products location in your store on the website product page. I spent an hour+ in your store trying to find products. Could of been done in half the time. Your competitors already do this. Your employees have handheld devices that show this info so my request should not be hard to do.

There aren't very many kind people in the world today. I was helped by the sweetest man named Philip Russell in the Saint Peter's Missouri Menards!! He helped me from the very 1st step until I put it in my truck! Is what an awesome employee!! He deserves a raise🤗 thank you Phillip, Merry Christmas🌲

Great experience with the cashier we both had a little laugh and then as I bag my items grab my receipt a young male employee stepped directly in my way right after leaving register demanding my receipt with no respect or politeness at all. Very interesting as I have been a customer since this building opened here in St.Peters and never had this happen or seen this happen to other guests.

We expected a nightmare, but were pleasantly surprised! Walked in asked an employee where replacement xmas bulbs were, a Manger walked up and took us to them!! We were in and out after buying a few more items in 20 mins! Great service and friendly folks 😊
