So I'm not very fond of a company that has a monopoly on the antique malls around the city. With that's said, I haven't been in St. Charles Antique Mall in years
We stopped in today, and boy has it changed. The treasures are very cool, along with it being clean and organized.
There are, I'm gonna try and get it right, I think 5 galleries inside.
Prices are reasonable, and the staff is overall very nice and welcoming
My only complaint is that it's seems one person is controlling everyone who works in the store .
I'm not sure why the young lady wasn't allowed to assist us in getting into a case, as she was just standing there at the counter.
The younger women were very warm and welcoming. The older lady was a little wound tight for a better description.
There are plenty of treasures for all collectors. Prices varied from reasonable to a little high.
Overall not a bad place to stop by off Highway 94.

I have visited multiple times, and they have 3 galleries. They also have a snack area with seats, if you finish earlier than the rest of your party. Staff is always kind and very helpful. Temperature is always kept at a nice level. There is not that musty, I'm in an antique store smell, which is a great bonus. It's definitely worth the trip if you are an antique lover.

The store overall is wonderful. Great prices and great booths! Very clean. HOWEVER…. Cindy at the front desk was EXTREMELY RUDE from the moment my parents and I walked in. We kindly asked where the restroom was, and she mumbled rudely that it was in the back and pointed in the direction..(it’s a big mall) not even looking at us. We didn’t think much of it. We go to check out (spending quite a bit of money) and she is completely hateful the entire check out process and I even said there was no reason to be rude. She became very rude with us because my mom said a booth had a sale, and got upset cause she couldn’t find a tag that SHE took off of an item we were purchasing. The gentleman checking us out didn’t say a word or look at us. Cindy, I hope you learn customer service skills, how to smile and how to treat your customers. I also hope your day gets better.

Took my 6 year old son here bc he loves anything and everything antique /vintage. We got there around 5:40, and they made an announcement that the store would be closing in 20 min. This place is huge, so when I realized it was 5:58, I told my son we had to go check out because they were closing. We got to the register at 6:04pm, excited to check out with the stuff my son picked out. The man and lady RUDELY said “sorry we’re closed”. I replied “oh we’re just ready to check out. We have been looking around at all the stuff and he finally found some stuff he liked.” The lady said “we’re closed. We already shut down the register, you’ll have to come back tomorrow.” I thought they were joking…bc who does that when you still have customers in the store”. My boy was so upset. The staff was very rude and UNFRIENDLY from the moment we walked in too.

Wow, what a great big huge place to search for treasures. It's got 3 galleries to look in and some really great stuff. It's all in the eye of the beholder what's needed or not, and for us-- can we get it in the luggage to come home without it breaking?
